As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

All the food I have gotten over the years here has always been a disappointment. The amount of calories in this food is absolutely ridiculous, and it would be fine if the food actually tasted good enough for it to be worth it but sadly only the fries have ever been worth it for me. And during my last visit I witnessed an employee use a pair of tongs to grab something out of the fridge next to the fryers and then put that item into the baskets to be fried. This would have been fine if they had not then used the same tongs to grab hot food and place in serving containers to be given to guests. This is unsanitary and I HIGHLY recommend you don’t eat here until management has had a chance to clean this location up.

I go to checkers for the fries… it’s the only thing they cant screw up. Burger portions are small and they use insanely too much mayo.. so if your into that sorta thing this is the place for you. I love the fries but the quality of meat leaves much to be desired.

My experience has been horrible as of late. It will be a long time before I go back. I used to spend at least $200 a month over there.
Since my last trip here I’ve gave this place multiple chances to get it right, I go there cause my kids like the food , but again multiple times they just can’t get it right. I’m only posting again cause I went with my kids and they told me stop going. Everything changes when night comes. I have managed multiple fast food restaurants and I bet y’all lost customers cause of her something needs to be done…

There were two young ladies who served me. They were extremely rude and didn’t get my order right. When I showed them receipt one of them left to go and fix my fries and gave me a smaller fry than I had payed for. I would advise that you starve before you ever go here!

Our food costed $26.00. They charged is $52.00. We also realized that they have been frying the french fries in the same grease as they funnel cakes and our fries were sweet. Everything was soggy and cold. And they were rude.

The cashier gave me my large soda with the lid not even on all the way and it almost spilled on me and she hurried and closed the window… so when she saw i wasn’t leaving she reopened the window and I asked for another lid….she then gave me ANOTHER straw…who has 4 straws for a large drink???

This place is slow drive thru serves..had to wait one afternoon almost 20 minutes to get food ..looked in thru walk up window and floors were nasty..trash everywere…and before you leave suggest you check ur order cause usally its missing something or orders half wrong
