As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I haven’t had Checkers since I was a child. Since I was in town I thought I would have it for nostalgia . We waited in line for a while thinking it was just taking a minute to make fresh food. Somehow our was still cold. There was more bread than meat and toppings. The quality of meat is atrocious. Something like dog food. I gave most of it to my dog. I was entirely disappointed. I will not be eating at any checkers in the future.

Service was HORRIBLE! I asked about the mvp meal being that it isn’t advertised there so I wasn’t sure if that was a real thing the guy at the speaker was explaining that it only came with a burger, a woman took over and was extremely rude seemed very irritated which should not have been taken out on me. She was so ugly to me I backed out of the drive thru and left. Being treated that way before I can even order I definitely won’t be going back.

Terrible. Everything was obviously fried a second time and had nearly no flavor left. Chicken strips looked nothing as advertised, what even is this? The best thing we got was the bbq sauce.

Fries were soaked in grease and burnt and soggy so you can tell they’ve been sitting for a while. Chicken patty was heated up in the microwave you can tell. Unacceptable get with the program.

Terrible experience. Had them fix one drink. Other drink turned out was water also when I got home. Missing half my food. To far to turn around so am writing this in mc Donald’s drive through.

I was very intrigued and eager to try out the new hyped “fry seasoned” tenders. I ordered a 3-piece with a medium fry. I’m being generous by saying I received a humble, tepid portion of fries, more equivalent to a small sized order, at best. Then watched through the window, as the employee held onto my bagged food in her hands for an additional 30 or so seconds, while she finished watching a clip on the phone her co-worker was holding up to her face, before she walked over and finally handed me the food. It was just laughable when I got home and opened the box up to see THIS, 1 whole tender with 2 half tenders. Thankfully, they weren’t awful tasting. It’s definitely not an experience I’d repeat with intention, though.

Wanted the 5 dollar advertised special was told they were not serving it but the sign is posted as clear as day on the outside so I asked if I could get a American Checker burger in a combo was told no everything has to be purchased separately I also asked if they had funnel fries and was told yes ordered them and when I got to the window to pay 3 employees with there backs to the window talked their for several minutes then she took my payment never saying a word to me she then went to drop my fries and came to the window and said oh we don’t have any more funnel fries at that point I said just please refund me for my whole ticket such a lack of management at this location not very friendly service this was not the first time that I have gotten horrible service at this location but I promise you it’s the last there are a number of other places in a very close proximity to this place that will gladly take the business that you (Checkers) don’t wish to provide

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a burger combo at around 9:40 pm, was given my drink and told to pull up and wait for my food, which was fine. What wasn’t fine, was watching 3 cars in 40 MINUTES pull up and receive their order before mine ever came out. Work on your night shift, please.
