As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

There is a sticker on the door telling customers to use the Rally’s app for rewards and one of the employees is literally wearing a shirt promoting the Rally’s app, but the store will not accept any app discounts or coupons. That said, food was hot and decently good (just slightly below the really high standard for flavor I have for Rally’s fries (undersalted?)). I just had to pay a significantly higher amount (30%) than I should have.

The Big Buford is a pretty darn good burger. The fries are great and they definitely aren’t stingy with them. This location however is very stingy with napkins and condiments. You have to go to the counter and ask for them and they ration them out as if they’re scarce commodities. Also this location, for some reason has signs posted at the counter stating they don’t honor coupons.

The cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. The bag was nearly packed and the burger actually looked like it came out of a tv commerical. The staff was pleasant.

I love stopping at this location. The food is delicious and the staff are always very kind. I stop here often and have never had any problems with my order.

The only thing this place had going for it was the fact the food was cooked when we walked in. Cook was in no hurry to get up from the lobby when we walked in at 330 in afternoon on a Friday. The store was dirty, not trash, but grime, like you can tell no one cares,the temperature was cold, not chilly, cold the employees had their winter coats on while working. And they weren’t busy so it’s not like the door was opening a lot. We were the only ones there. They had false advertising on their website.. and for the amount of food for what you pay.. this company should be ashamed of yourselves. My daughter got the chicken bite box. It had 5 pieces of chicken balls that were seriously the size of a Nickle. Disappointed
