Not very friendly, Spent almost $10 for a fish sandwich but when I asked for more tartar sauce I received the response “Dat’s extra!”. I won’t be returning any time soon unless I have no other convenient option. I wanted to give two stars but the food was just actually pretty decent. It would be nice if their employees didn’t show up for a pay check, but for a place to work; I have to really blame the manager, for it’s they who are supposed to set the standard in all aspects.

If you like slow and sassy drive thru service, eat here. The food is always great. Today, I ordered from the drive thru. The cashier who was taking the order in the speaker had this sassy and rude attitude on how I did not place my order on how he wanted it. Rude! If there is a certain way you want us to place the order, then maybe you should have printed instructions!

food is good, when they give you what you ordered. they seem to get it wrong more often than right. always check the bag before driving away from the window, unless you had to wait 10 minutes in the parking lot for it…they ever get their act together it’ll get 5 stars from me.

Food was great but Checkers Bellwood closed I think the problem was the corner they sat on was bad for restaurant visitors A hazard with right turn lane. Also the food isn’t hot enough when you purchase out. Need a new way to make sure burgers are hotter than the Warmer only keeps them warm not good enough.

It was really bad today. She had a new trainee and I waited almost an hour to get my food whike others after me got theirs and even when I got it,it was still wrong not once not twice but three times. The supervisor was nice and gave me some things extra for the inconvenience . Not sure if i wanna go back for a while here

We waited in line 20 minutes because there were cars in front and behind us otherwise we would’ve left. Got to the window they still weren’t ready with our food. We sat at the window for about 5 minutes got handed our four drinks and was asked to go wait in the lot for our food because it wasn’t ready after now 25 minutes. Waited in the lot another 10 minutes and had to go to the window to ask what the hell was taking so long I mean it was just 4 chicken sandwiches and two fries we didn’t order filet mignon. There were three workers standing around chatting and all of a sudden they started running around because it seemed they forgot about our order. Finally get it, go to the car and realize that it’s wrong got a cheese burger instead of one of the chicken sandwiches I had ordered so had to go back again. 40-45 in a FAST FOOD joint is ridiculous. This was my second time here and the first time I also waited about 20 minutes for my order. This place is trash. By the way I gave it one star only cause I had to.

I sinfully love their burgers and fries. Everytime time you go the service is questionable. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. The last time they asked me to back up three feet so I couldn’t sit at the window while they were finishing my food, weird.

Fire everybody always messing up the orders. The worst customer service, hire people who actually want to work. They messed up my order like always, but before that I asked at the window if I could add a sandwich, I was told no and the attendent closed the window on me. She went back to I guess prepare my food, when she came back I asked again and she said no. She told me that I would have to go back arround through the drive through, which I think is ridiculous. You guys should be out of business, Checkers closed the checkers on 1st and 290. Close this one too!!!

Drive in location is very very slow. Pulled up to ordering speakers and they didnt even say anything. I had to say Hello to get someone’s attention. I still had to wait longer to otder and say hello again to make an order. After making otder I Sat in drive through area waiting to pay for the order for over 5 minutes. Still waiting. Don’t go for lunch!!!!!!!!

Okay….. so the 2 person team that were there on this day were doing the very best that they could. Many of the people were complaining didn’t understand it was only 2 of them. And under all the pressure the young lady and young man, never put the pressure back to the customers. They took the harsh words. Im.sure when the day was over for them, they slept well.
