Went here about 15 mins ago and had a terrible experience. The burger tasted extremely old and dry, the fries were dry, the apple pie was dry, and even the sprite was dry. Extremely disappointed and extremely disgusted. Only reason I didn’t post the sandwich was due to the fact that I already spit it up and I don’t want anyone else getting disgusted. Never again since this is the second location that does this

Very slow service and from the reviews I guess it’s not a one time thing, waited for about 20min for just a burger and fries, there was only one car in front of me. They also gave me the wrong drink which was flat. And saw one of the girls giving change, touching the drive thru window and going back to the food with the same gloves on. Won’t be going back

The food is good, if your order is right, especially the fries. But don’t expect your order to be right at this location, you’ll have to confirm everything over the speaker, then at the window, then touble check what you’re given when you receive your food.
My shakes were also substituted without confirmation with different flavors and one just left off because they ran out of strawberry.
Make sure you take no substitutions because this isn’t the only location to substitute without asking, and often with items of lesser value.

They gave me and my friend a large when we asked for a small. So over 10.40 instead of 7.99. When we got to the window and explained we ordered a small we were told you have to tell them you want a small otherwise the computer gives you a large, even though the menu clearly says 7.99. The food was ok not great. Bacon on my burger was chewy and tough. However the fries were good that is the only reason I’m giving them 2 stars. Otherwise it would be one.

I had checkers once in Florida, it was pretty decent.
We went to checkers at 11:30 pm on a Saturday. NO LINE!! we then placed our order and although there was there was 3 of us and the total was 28$ what happened next is WORST WAIT AND EXPERIENCE I have ever had. It took 38 minutes from the time of our receipt to food in hand.
What is even better is how I paid extra for a ranch sauce…. NO RANCH SAUCE.
The people I was with have been to that loa toon and for a soda it takes some time. Some people walked, and were then served their food before us.
Boo hoo right? Well we just worked a 16 hour day and it turned my ladies day into bummer, she was so excited for some dumb reason she likes checkers. Well you lost 3 customer…

Terrible service. It seems every time I decide to go they have problems. Today I went up to the drive through and the burger grill wasn’t working. How can your specialty be hamburgers and you have no grill? The drive through is only one way in and narrow so you can’t get out if cars are in front of you. I’m not going back again. That location won’t be in business in a year or two because of the service.

If this franchise cares about its business here in Bellwood failing than they should find out why customers are receiving cold foods on more than one occasion . Kinda have to question if your getting an old burger thAts been sitting there. They have to have good management that runs it the same way as when it opened.! Otherwise it starts to go down hill. They have to hire employees that have certain qualities that keep the business successful.
Haven’t gone there anymore since I’ve had these experiences. Don’t want take that chance of getting sick if the food is old and left out ?
