As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I pulled up to the employee stating they closed early no help he says. The food is not hot ever fresh or it’s not hard fish and chicken patties. My daughter said mom they refup the fries and food to reheat too serve. She used to work at this location.

Every time I come here the staff is always rude. I’ve been coming here for years because it is right by our house but I stopped coming this year.

One time we ordered chicken tenders and they weren’t cooked all the way, another time, I ordered chilli fries and I said NO cheese, when we got to the window I checked and sure enough there was cheese on them, I gave them back and the lady said, “I don’t have time there’s too many cars, go back around.” After I waited 20 minutes already.
Girl what? AND she was a manager!
They can never keep good staff, and that’s their main problem.
It takes them 20 minutes to give food out to one vehicle. I’ve done doordash orders and they would be closed, lights off, during times they’re suppose to be open but there’s still staff inside messing around.

Fire everyone & Get new staff.

Me and a co-worker ordered some food and barely received any of it ordered two big boxes of chicken to get like six pieces of chicken and an entire box of fries What is this???
Everything was overcooked soggy and just downright horrible.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse fast food experience than this

Pretty standard fast food place in the city/burbs and they don’t order wrong often like I’ve found in the surrounding area locations and even other local fast food places. Friendly for the most part. Always rush you on the ordering speaker.even if there’s nobody behind you and makes you feel like your an inconvenience to their day a bit.

Absolute Hurendous communication, this past fall I gave them a second chance after a situation last year when I got a unknown payment notification from Lululemon, this location was the last place I had placed info down, In that exact day before the payment I swear I remember seeing a girl wearing Lululemon on her which makes me wonder if she personally did it. And now today turns out the second I pull up 10-6 minutes after I placed an order I get told they’re closed. I’m like oh great why didn’t you call me, so I drive over to the McDonald’s parking lot next door and call them for a refund and they pick up the phone, im like IF YOUR PHONES ARE WORKING AND YOU SEE A ORDER PLACED WHILE YOUR CLOSED WHY DIDN’T YOU CALL ME TO TELL ME YOUR CLOSED. They tell me they can’t do it I have to go directly to corporate on the website, call corporate & the guy serving me has absolute just as horrendous communication as these guys do. Still waiting on a call if the refund will get taken care of but based witnessing past situations with these guys and their recent communication lack, my guess it’s not going to go well. Will post more ‘If’ they call me back and fix the issue.

Update: 1/27/26

Corporate so far hasn’t called me back at all ever since my conversations with them yesterday about reclaifying things and having a call back time set, so far not good.

Final Update 1/29/26

Found out a couple days ago that a few of their pipes bursted, in my head I was like, well that would’ve been nice to know yesterday. Assistant manager said they were willing to make what I originally ordered if corporate didn’t refund me in the next day or two. So today I came in and they delivered what they promised. Nice to see they were sorry for their mistakes and made up for them, they need to work on their communication tho.

Went through their drive-thru last week. And even though there only 2 cars in front of me, for whatever reason they were taking up to 20 mins per vehicle just get their order. I ended up late for where I was going, because the way the drive-thru is set up you’re boxed in and can’t just pull off and go somewhere else when they’re being that slow. The food was great, I’ll give it that, but if you’re in a hurry, you’re better off going somewhere else.

Every tome i stop here lately they seem to be having system problems and can’t take my order or they are only doing DoorDash orders at 7:30pm on a Saturday night. And if i do get to order about 50% of the time they forget and item on my order. Would recommend going to the Wyoming location instead

Staff at this location was on point today. Placed a mobile lunch order to grab on my way to a meeting. Unlike the Michigan street location I was acknowledged quickly and my food was ready in less than 90 seconds after I arrived. It tastes hot and fresh as well. This staff needs to be paid well. They actually made me want to come back instead of thinking they should all be fired like the other locations in town.

I want to hear the other day and they’re using an automated drive-thru system and we got complete wrong food and pulled back up and told the speaker that we had the wrong order and it asked if we wanted fries with a double cheeseburger. An automated AI speaker is absolutely worse thing for their service
