

As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

One time we ordered chicken tenders and they weren’t cooked all the way, another time, I ordered chilli fries and I said NO cheese, when we got to the window I checked and sure enough there was cheese on them, I gave them back and the lady said, “I don’t have time there’s too many cars, go back around.” After I waited 20 minutes already.
Girl what? AND she was a manager!
They can never keep good staff, and that’s their main problem.
It takes them 20 minutes to give food out to one vehicle. I’ve done doordash orders and they would be closed, lights off, during times they’re suppose to be open but there’s still staff inside messing around.
Fire everyone & Get new staff.
Everything was overcooked soggy and just downright horrible.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse fast food experience than this

Corporate so far hasn’t called me back at all ever since my conversations with them yesterday about reclaifying things and having a call back time set, so far not good.
Final Update 1/29/26
Found out a couple days ago that a few of their pipes bursted, in my head I was like, well that would’ve been nice to know yesterday. Assistant manager said they were willing to make what I originally ordered if corporate didn’t refund me in the next day or two. So today I came in and they delivered what they promised. Nice to see they were sorry for their mistakes and made up for them, they need to work on their communication tho.
