As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Idk what happened but all I know is I went to order from here last nightbat the Pontiac location and they charged me 30$ for 2 bite boxes and 2 cinnamon apple pies, 1 week ago it was 18.79$ Bunch a kids in there. Belive they was scamming bc 2 apple pies are 1.99$ each at most and 2 bite box and fries are 5.99$ each none of that adds up to 30$ I took my money elsewhere and chose not to get no food. That was outrageous. I even went on doordash for the same order and it came out to 15$

I’ve been a fan of Rally’s/checkers for years since it first came out. Who can forget the Seth Green commercial in the 90’s.
I don’t care where it’s located. I’ll still drive to get my fill. Checker fries! Checker burger. Big Buford!
This location is in Pontiac. Never had an issue here. Been coming here for 15+ years. Simple.
It’s sad some people still have not tried this place. The line does get long sometimes. Late night cravings!!! Oddly, never had hair or anything bad here. Not the fastest and best workers but they try hard.

It was okay. Just about as good as a checkers can be nowadays honestly. Went through the drive thru because they don’t have a dining area that isn’t directly in the sun. My order was taken by an AI which is interesting, but when I pulled up to the window they instantly gave me my food. Super quick, but they forgot my large fries and also didn’t follow the modifications my fiance wanted on his sandwich.
They have delicious chicken strips tho, 10/10 recommend them.

I ordered 10 garlic parmesan wings and received 7 plain wings and 3 plain tenders instead. I was also missing red onions and mustard on my chili cheese dog and they didn’t have bleu cheese. I asked about the buffalo sauce and was told that it was in the bag, but I informed the employee that it was actually BBQ sauce. He also stated that I couldn’t order garlic parmesan on the app. I am not pleased and I ordered through Doordash so of course I can’t get a refund either.

Guess I can understand why this checkers is never busy anymore. I remember this location used to JUMP! Anywho…this is my second time in a couple month time frame and both times have been nasty. Food was cold. I thought maybe it was a fluke. This most recent time tonight I confirmed my order TWICE at the window. Burger was still made wrong and cold and dry like patties had just been sitting on the grill. Fries were barely Luke warm and salty. Since when does checkers salt their fries? I couldn’t even eat them there was so much salt on them. And then I know I asked for light ice in my drink but 2 ice cubes? So you were being funny? Really? Then you couldn’t even fill my cup up. It’s fast food so I don’t expect a 5 star meal. However I do expect that when I spend 13 dollars on a meal I get 13 dollar quality food. For what I got I could’ve ordered off the dollar menu. Needless to say I won’t be back. I’m straight. I will say the girl at the window was really nice though so kudos to her.

I order 2 checker burgers, 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 lg fries and 2 lg. Drinks. And the cashier was rude and gave me 2 open straws, then got home to 3 sandwiches and the fries all over the bag. I tried to call and no answer. I didnt get a receipt either but was charged for everything. I will not be back. They need to shut that location down.

1. I ordered a swirl cup and was handed a cup with barely a scoop of ice cream and the rest was a cone made them remake it and give me the proper item, They copped and attitude

Told at the window to move up and wait for my order, So I moved up and left enough room for the large hummer behind me to get through with no issue.
Only to be screamed at by some dude (Is in a pissed off of violent attitude tone) through the front window to move my car up (Not the first time, that i’ve been met with this tone)
3. A female brought out my food when I looked in the bag instead of it. Being nice and neat, my fries and my mozzarella sticks were dumped in the bag and the packaging was setting face up just in the bag. As if they purposely just to spite me dumped it in the bag. Not to mention instead of bringing it around to my driver’s side they made me strain my arm to open up my passenger window and accept the food
Now I’ve worked in the food industry for multiple years,fast food, family restaurant, bar So I know what decent customer service is and the way these employees act. It makes me wonder who the hell hire these Idiots, And considering this isn’t my first time dealing with this from this exact same restaurant it makes me wonder how these employees still have their jobs.
The quality of employees and customer service lately can’t even rank a 1 on a scale of 1 to 10.
That when I first started in customer service, you greeted customers with a smile and grin and bear it.

Update: Changing from 1 to 5 stars. Services have improved considerably! I had a Deep Sea Double Combo. The fish patties and fries were well-seasoned and crispy. I got my order instantly this time!
