As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I gave it five stars cuz I only ordered a burger and a hot dog.
But when ordering online the item didn’t show what was on it.
The hot dog didn’t give the option for extra onions. So I told her at the drive thru. So I got the onions, but they were RED. I would think that should be something I should know, don’t u? Wasn’t the same as white onions. No biggie just saying.

The staff was friendly professional and kind. Ask for the fresh fish with extra tartar sauce it was sooo good,the bread was soft. Drive in staff was am an African American female she ensured me the sandwich would be fresh she is the Best.

This place is absolutely horrendous and always has been for decades now. I am currently waiting in a two-car line where they are taking each order individually and serving it before taking the next. It’s been 20 minutes for two sandwiches and a side. This place sucks. Last time I came there fries tasted like fish. After 25 minutes I drove over their rock garden curb and left. This place is ridiculous I can’t believe it’s still even open never had a good experience here in over 20 years

Keyshawn was rushing me order that he charged us for an Apple pie that I didn’t even order.
When we got home to eat This fish sandwich and whatever sauce and microwaved lettuce on the sandwich what TERRIBLE LOOKING. And remind you that KEYSHAWN WAS RUDE. The patty is dead!! I recommend that YOU should NEVER eat at this location INKSTER RD AND PLYMOUTH RD IN REDFORD

They nasty and the customer service suck the girl in the window with the glasses and stuff on her teeth unprofessional they gave us big buns for our little burgers which made zero sense at all then had the nerve to smother it in mayo and mustard. The chicken sandwiches were hard. I had funnel fries mixed into my regular fries Im furious imagine you eating your regular fries and all of a sudden you taste funnel fries i spit it out. I called and she hung up on me they close the lobby at 7 instead of working she laughing loud playing with the guys in the back. I called the store and she hung up on me

They have there grease container in the middle of the drive through meaning every car that goes through has to drive through muck before ordering. How does the city not see this but my grass hits over 6inches and blammo I got a ticket.. discrimination
