As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Food was good but I found a long black string of hair in my fries when I got home. If it hadn’t been so late I would have taken the food back. Normally I don’t have an issue at this particular location.

Avoid all checkers location on 8 mile rd in Detroit, MI. The service is awful at all of them. The walk ups are closed, and they wont answer the phone. The food is always cold & stale. Here’s a dry fish sandwich on me.

The ai cashier got my order wrong . The staff couldn’t figure it out tried to charge me separate after ordering combos like I’m slow and can’t count. Never again and the food was gross.

Good food just too expensive. Update: see the last time I got checkers it was the normal barbecue chicken sandwiches and it made my husband sick. Today I get the spicy chicken sandwiches and the barbecue chicken sandwiches in hopes that they are better than last time and then I see that they smashed it with mayo piled some lettuce on it in one spot there’s no cheese and then there’s this chicken flat patty that looks like it was just taken out the freezer. I quite literally had to come home and doctor up the sandwiches So that my husband can take them to work.

Service was reasonably fast and the food is good. The entrance is essentially permanently closed so this is drive thru only and the lines are long. The drive thru menu doesn’t match the website.

Undercooked ! It was raw ! I don’t even order this I ordered a big Buford ! And the Manger is RUDE AS EVER ! He’s very in denial ! Do not order from them especially at night they are lazy & be in a rush to get out they send out anything !

I ordered 2 big buford they are not fully cooked i don’t know who’s cooking but this ain’t rite. first time there and will be my last and my stomach hurts!!!probably from undercooked beef.what a waste of money!!!!this not the checkers you wanna go too..but its crazy how bad my stomach hurts I’m on way to hospital they might’ve food poisoned me

Ain’t nothing like spending extra for something to only get all the way home and it is not made how you wanted and missing the item you paid extra from. Fries and bites are old and the staff really don’t care!
