As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

So I went through drive-thru tonight 940pm for my family. There was one car in front of me. I knew exactly what I wanted and waited for the cashier who said Just a second . 5 minutes later, I called the store and asked for the manager. She just set the phone down. When she was completely done ( I believe making the food as well). She came to the microphone. I asked for her manager and was told to pull up. I then said are you the manager, she ignored me and got her manager who made sure to tell me she was on break. I asked if she was taking orders and making them, because of how long it took. I then asked how many crew members were there and she said 3 more and then told me they must be doing phone orders. I couldn’t believe she actually said that. She then asked if I wanted to place an order, by this time I was done and NO. This is NOT COVID and they only had 3 other cars behind me. It will be a while to get over the careless customer service this manager and employee showed me and my family. We use to eat one to two times a week here.

Cynthia is seriously the sweetest worker in the entire world every time I am ever come here she is so kind she is so polite she’s always smiling. She makes door dashing wonderful she makes ordering from here wonderful it doesn’t matter if it 2 o’clock in the afternoon or midnight the food is always fresh. The fries are always hot and we seriously cannot recommend it enough.

I hate to complain, but they messed up my order in a big way. I paid for the wrong order (my fault for not checking). When they tried to hand me an ice cream cone I knew something was wrong. They were kind enough to fix it. I tried to pay for my order because it was about two dollars more and they said it was ok. Nice of them. I got home and I had the wrong sandwich. They gave me beef patties, I don’t eat beef. Ordered chicken. Not driving all the way back. I did get their cheesecake bites to try. They were $3. This is what I got. A $1.50 per bite. I knew how much they were, but I expected at least three. Crazy, I’ll never buy those again. The shaker was for scale and I did bite one.

This store does not use gloves to package and cook orders. Im a delivery driver and I frequently deliver food from here. So imagine the horror on my face watching the employee put their HANDS on the food to BOX and give to YOU. No gloves IN SIGHT!!!!

This location had outstanding service, i was very pleasanty surprised with my visit to this location, after finding the other location closed. Michelle was helping with our order at the drive through and immediately I was shocked at how polite and friendly she was.
It is very out of the ordinary to hear such an upbeat and lively voice on the drive through speaker, so it was very refreshing. She suggested a great deal which saved me a ton of money and made me comfortable in ordering more food than I had planned for the price. The food also came out very fast and hot and fresh, it was a really good meal.
Michelle should be running this place, if she could teach her standards of practice to others, then this place would doing excellent. I wanted to give her a cash tip but she politley refused, I hope she receives some recognition for her efforts.

The “manager Christina” who took the order was VERY rude and disrespectful! Constantly making snarky remarks while I was ordering. As a manager myself I find this extremely UNPROFESSIONAL as she’s suppose to be somebody of authority ♀️
