As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Got the 2 for $5 fish. I get it, $5 but the fish was thin, dry and just not good. Maybe consider charging more and up the quality or remove from the menu. Fries were delicious.

This was absolutely terrible. The burgers we got were pretty great but when it came to our kids meals – they were discoloured and hard as a rock. The lovely manager whoever she was (wouldn’t release her name) immediately started yelling on the phone calling me a liar – and then told me I need to drive 20 min to prove it to her … I was very respectful in telling her that I couldn’t do that, as I have a broken tailbone and have to limit my driving. She kept screaming on the phone and then when her anger got the best of her without me being able to get a word in, she hung up when asked for her name. This is disgusting behavior, especially for someone who handles your food on the daily. If you’re not happy in your line of work, there’s tons of other places you can be miserable at and not deal with the public. Please do better.

I come here for the seasoned French fries. They are so good. The burger is about like any other burger. All and all it’s a good meal to have. It’s a little expensive I think but worth it.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and no joke the breading was thicker than the meat. This was the worst chicken sandwich I ever had. The white line is the meat and that was like that the whole sandwich. Like they breaded a slice of lunch meat.

I got a chicken sandwich and when I bit into it, it was raw in the middle. Disgusting. I called about it and they wanted to replace my sandwich, which I wasn’t interested in. So they said I would need to call again another day to get in contact with a manager for a refund. They were not apologetic. Definitely won’t be returning.
The company asked me to email them a week ago about my 1 star review, which I did, but they never responded.
Edit to add: I posted this months ago and the company never tried to make it right.
