I have stopped at this location after work three times, all after 3 a.m. on Thursday and Friday. The food was good and service great. This time instead of getting there at 3:30 a.m. or 3:45 a.m., I got thereat 3:08 a.m. There were 4 cars in the drive thru. I get told, “Sorry for the inconvenience, but Door Dash only”. Since when have they cut off sevice for regular customers? I work hard at UPS, and am drained, want to shower eat, and go to bed. I get turned away. Lost my business. I will not go here anymore.

I’m not sure who manages this checkers but this is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! I don’t know how I order food ahead 15 minutes for my lunch a value meal deal then show up at the time that it’s ready for pick up For the lady at the drive-through window to tell me I have to come inside, when it clearly states that I could come to the window to pick up my food. so now I have to pull around the drive through, park my car, get out in the rain when I ordered ahead to avoid all of this. Your team had 15-20 minutes to have my food ready for pick up and I still had to stand around for 10 minutes once I got inside. Meanwhile nobody’s in the drive through and I should have never had to get out of my car. With being on break I don’t have enough time to look at my items so I just took my things and left I asked for no mustard or pickles on my burger and what’s on my burger both mustard and pickles.

Do not go here! They will charge you for your food. Tell you to pull around and then never come out. I’ve waited over 20 minutes for five wings and there’s nobody in line right now… I’m just sitting in the parking lot….. I want to talk to somebody from corporate about a refund. Please contact me as soon as possible for my refund. I’m not the only one. There’s a second car in the parking lot. Also waiting for their food and still nobody in line.

My grandkids and I love or used to love Checkers. However 2 out of the last 3 times I left without ordering anything. Who ever the young lady is that works the drive through on Tuesday evening is the rudest most uncaring employee ever. Unfortunately I would rather pay more money for less tasty food at McDonald’s. We will never come back again.

Very horrible Management/owner. He likes to scream and curse at his employees and then is an absolute coward when confronted on how he shouldn’t behave like that. Jobs are a dime a dozen but you do not get to swear and yell in someones face. Also screams at an employee for accidentally dropping one chicken strips. You Won’t keep employees this way. That is no way to treat anyone.

Consistent quality and taste!!! I eat here regularly and the food is great everytime for restaurant quality food out of a drive thru. Would love to see this turned into a drive-in. My favorite by far is the bacon bbq mother cruncher and the banana milkshake!!!
