As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The new management really knows what they are doing. Hands down the best fast food I’ve had in years. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The fries were cooked perfectly. The bacon on my burger was perfectly crisp. All of the employees are so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be recommending this to everyone!

Just spent 35 bucks and they put cheese on a sandwich I asked them not to, all the cheese burgers were plain, and they forgot my fries… this is crazy and as a family looking for a quick meal I think it’s a joke and they really need to get it together

Service is always good, the fries are always fresh and hot. Don’t eat a lot of fast food but when I have a fry craving, I always hit up their quick drive thru.

Preordered online and came after my food was supposed to be done just to wait 30 minutes behind one person and still got cold and old food, Terrible customer service, and an incomplete order.
After returning again to receive what I paid for, I got an even worse attitude.
2/10 NEVER AGAIN!

They have an AI bot taking orders. Receipts given do not have pricing realized after paying they snuck in an additonal .75 cents on the bill, likely because the AI bot asked if i wanted ranch with mozzarella sticks and they ended up giving me marinara as well (which i did not want) Will not return to checkers long as they are using AI

The food could be good but the Service is terrible! I ordered two large fries which are three dollars each and they only gave me one. I had to honk and knock on the window for anyone to even acknowledge me in the drive-through and when they finally did and I asked for my three dollar fry they handed it out the window to me without even a bag. Just a bouquet of french fries that were Luke warm. Got home and the burgers are so cold the cheese won’t even melt. Definitely not good service at this place.
