As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This food was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog! The patties were rock hard, the bun was in 3 pieces, cold, and there was no cheese? When I called (8 times) they didn’t answer either. I’ll be going back up there tomorrow for a refund!

Completely gave me the wrong order the lady at the window was rude and then told me I should have made better choices with my food after I corrected her about my order but she still wouldn’t replace my food I will never go there again they need to get people that have GED to work at checkers

Cashier was pleasant, but had us pull around to wait on a spicy chicken sandwich so food took longer than expected. My main issue was when I went to eat, my All-American “Cheeseburger” was missing the cheese! 🙁

The outside was nasty as hell, what is this a common theme for the Checkers out here. Don’t get me wrong the two individuals working was top notch, but if I’m seeing this how do you expect me to want eat here, then too, I was dashing and I couldn’t get the order weighted as the person requested, was told someone thought it was a good idea to put it by an oven or heater

HUGE puddle in the middle of there driveway almost flooded my suv trying to get to the drive through worst part it’s not noticeable that it’s a huge deeep puddle because it’s at the dark park of the lot. Very dangerous.

Hamburger patties are thin as they are how can you serve me pink under cooked burgers? And cold fries. Your drive thru was disgusting filthy. Very Unsanitary

don’t go here. they have this system where you order and pay, then they direct you to the other side of the store, show your receipt… and yet they still mess up your order… mind you this whole process takes 20-30 mins and you are stuck in line. oh and after all this time my burger was cold and they forgot my fries….

Did not care for this location. Parking lot needs work due to pot holes. With snow melting couldn’t see it and it hit hard. Got the new chicken strip (8 count) for 9.99 and one was 1/2 the size and the other was like 2 of the chicken bite size. Chocolate shake was a joke. It was like a chocolate swirl.

This is the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I placed an online order, and got there to pick it up about fifteen minutes later. The person at the window couldn’t find my order, and then told me that they gave my order to someone else already. I asked her to remake my order and she closed the window in my face without saying anything. After about five minutes, the manager came to the window and said it wasn’t her problem (literally exactly what she said) and I had to contact corporate, and she wasn’t giving me my order. She was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. I told her I wanted my order that I paid for and she closed the window in my face without saying anything and walked off again and disappeared out of view. She then popped back into view and took several pictures of me and my wife with her cell phone. At this point, I was getting weirded out as her behavior was so strange. Finally, she came to the window again after another ten minutes. I told her that I wanted my order and let her know I would be contacting corporate first thing in the morning. She then told me that she never told me that wouldn’t remake my order (a lie) after I told her that I would be contacting corporate. She then closed the window again, took several more pictures of us, and then a worker brought a bag to the window with our order. The bag only had half of what we ordered so I showed the employee at the window. She again closed the window in my face while I waited there without saying anything, and after about five more minutes she brought the rest of my order to the window. The whole ordeal took about 40 minutes, and it was the least professional experience I’ve ever had. The line at this point was wrapped all the way around the restaurant. Ontop of all of that, the food was cold and improperly made, which is bizarre since they presumably had to remake my order. Stay far, far away from this place.
