As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Never been to an establishment where they mess up the order but the customer is trespassed. Blatant abuse of power, the manager at this location shouldn’t manage anything. If you aren’t competent enough to listen to your customers when your employee makes a mistake you should not be a manager. I asked for more onions in my order and when they got it wrong, I went back up to rectify this error. Instead of being met with understanding as I asked for a free fry out of the inconvenience, I was met with hostility and a trespass order. Does not make sense and shows how incompetent the management at this location is. Do not give this place your money.

The burger wasn’t hot and didn’t even taste like beef. I question if it was a vegan burger. Either way it was undercooked and disgusting. I tossed it out. On a positive note the fries were hot a good.

This location constantly gets my order wrong, and this experience was the final straw.
After receiving an incorrect order, I drove all the way back to the store and waited in the drive-thru to have it fixed. I calmly asked for a small fry for the inconvenience of having to return and wait again due to their mistake. Instead of resolving the issue or showing any basic customer service, the manager chose to call the police and trespass me.
That response was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. A manager should be focused on correcting errors and keeping customers…..not escalating a minor issue over a small fry. I’ve spent a lot of money at Checkers over time, but this store has lost my business because of one manager who clearly does not value customers or accountability.
If you care about correct orders and basic customer service, save yourself the trip and go elsewhere.

Everything else was closed at the time and in this area. Absolutely terrible nothing was good from here. Burger was sloppy and cold. The fries were burnt and cold. Rude service. Over paid for what I got.

Horrible. I paid extra $ to get the big chicken box with the half pound of chicken and fries and this is what i got. freezing cold. only other item i ordered is funnel fries ( which they were too lazy to make , so they stole my money and gave me nothing ) . also the sauce for the nuggets, i ordered barbecue so they gave me honey mustard and ranch. This is by far the worst Checkers i’ve ever been to.

I order a meal with special requests. The burger was not made close to my requests so I call to get replacement order.it was granted by management cause I had just left. I come to get replacement order a day or 2 later the management on the 5:30pm shift was so nasty and rude, she should be fired. Before I could even explain what was going on she look out the window and said she knew me I wasn’t getting nothing shut the window on him. I don’t know or have had a in counter with her in my life.
