We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Good food, but some of the rudest staff I have ever experienced in my entire life. I’ve stopped going to this location because of how unbearable the workers are. I’ve never had a good experience from them. I am never EVER the kind of person to leave reviews about workers because I know how hard it can get, but when it’s consistent behavior and never changes, something needs to be done. I went with my cousin tonight for the first time in months and the older lady at the window was so rude. She goes more than I do and she said that lady always has an attitude. I don’t know her name and don’t care to. But something needs to be done about the attitudes of the environment. Don’t work a job that stays open well into the night to the public if you can’t even handle it.

9:50 pm Dude(but sounds like a WOMAN) counted my money wrong ..didn’t apologize or anything ! Just said “oh I must’ve counted it wrong” and closed the window..although it was a couple cent , I was still ANNOYED ! On top of that, it was a long wait for STUFF as far as wings or tenders .. chicken sandwich falling apart.. only thing was good was the fries lmao

Lady taking order was awesome. She was at window also. I would go back just to see her. Very nice and a pleasant personality. Hope that the next time I go visit the area, she is there! Sorry i didnt get her name. I was there May 18th. If she reads this, i was in black lexus gx 460. Hope i meet her again! Awesome lady.

Food and service are usually pretty good. The parking lot entrance has big pit hole that needs to be fixed. Not sure that a checker problem though. There is sometimes people sneaking up to cars asking for money. Oh I love the new fried mushrooms.

Even though I ordered two meals. They mess one up. I only ordered a burger combo and a BBQ chicken combo. 2 very simple orders. It seems like They over cooked the chicken and threw the sauce in the corner hoping that it might just touch some of the chicken??? What a waist of money. The burger was fine though.
