As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I believe this is my first time trying checkers in general. They have a surprisingly large menu and I decided to order the bacon burger that they had with a side of small fries. The food was underwhelming, this is the reason why I don’t eat fast food. The burger wasn’t really juicy, had good quality, taste of fresh.

Day 1 they were out of chicken. Day 2 there’s a list a mile long with things they don’t have including cheese sauce, cheese sticks, lettuce, drinks, etc. I think it would have been quicker/easier to list what they did have vs didn’t. Considering it’s the holidays and one could expect people to be coming home how do they run out of EVERYTHING?
To make matters worse, I get a sloppy burger (which is fine) with not 1 napkin. Just a burger in a bag, no napkin, not even a receipt to make a formal complaint. I’m only visiting so I can’t speak to what this checkers has turned into since I’ve left but shame on management.

I can honestly say, today all my food was hot and fresh, EVEN THE FRIES .. I’m not used to having fries that hot. The way this location utilized the drive thru on the other side is amazing. Great crew!

Rude workers! Complaining about customers and them ordering in front of other customers. Complaint while you order. Creepy white man taking photos out side at night. People cussing at others and at cars. People trying to drive into your car. No hair nets. Touching face and hair with gloves by employees.touching screens, clothes etc with their gloves on then touching food. Not changing gloves when needed. Workers yelling “god damnit shut up” because of customers too!

On top of the there was FREAKING HAIR IN MY BURGER.. not just one a lot of hair . They need to fire the night crew and start over with new people that aren’t unsanitary
The guy that made my burger didn’t have a hair net on. The guy working the drive thru window had gloves. But he took my money with the same gloves he was preparing food with. I’ll never eat checker again…!!! Really hope management see’s this..!

Just got some “strawberry cheesecake bites” or what was supposed to be that was filled with some type of unknown meat that almost made me throw up talk about disgusting when I bit into them. Do NOT Recommend.

40 minute wait…….. nasty food and watered down drink….. its Ridiculous!
