That place is disgusting!
Stopped for some burgers today. First you didn’t hear no Welcome, What can I do for you or anything from the lady working the drive through. All you got out of her was a long bored What else? Should have left right there and then!
She handed us a soda that was all sticky and spilled. The boneless chicken wings were so dry and salty, we threw them away.
BUT that’s not even the reason for this review. As we got home, we discovered we been handed burgers on molded buns!!! Not just a little easy to overlook bit of mold! It was a very huge and visible moldy spot grown across both halves!
Disgusting! Check your food if you have to eat at this Checkers!!!

Two Big buffords and two apple pies. And the only thing that was worth it was the apple pies. Burgers were cold and the service was mediocre. It took more than 30 minutes to prepare our order after going through the drive thru twice. Please hire better people.

Loved the fried onion pieces on my chicken sandwich, but the sandwich was a little dry. The fries were almost cold, but the prices were very reasonable. The drive thru is too crowded when you have to pull up and wait on food like we did along with another vehicle. The main entrance was blocked due to this.

Very disappointed. I visited kind of late night & it was steady. So I don’t know if that was the reason or what. Basically I ordered a chicken sandwich without mayo. I ended up with a burger with two patties & mayo. I’m allergic to mayo & believe it or not this happens quite often. I had to pull up & wait so I assumed that was why, my custom sandwich. I was in the way since the person in front of me was also asked to pull forward. Anyway I didn’t check my sandwich until I got home & wasn’t about to drive back..I was starving too. But the service was very friendly so I gave at least 3 stars. Ended up throwing the burger out.

I got out in this wet weather to come here with my daughter since it said they were open until 1am and we were here at 12:32. We sat at the speaker to place the order but no one answered. Finally, the automated voice came in telling me they were closed. We pulled up to the window and saw the workers sitting in the lobby area so I called. At first they just picked up the phone and hung it right up. So I blew my horn and then called back again. This time the young lady answered. I asked her why were they closed when online it’s saying they don’t close for another 28 minutes. She said she’s sorry but online is wrong and they only open till 1 on Fridays and Saturdays.
Really was disappointed getting out my house and driving there just for them to not even be open. Their website should reflect accurate times. It’s frustrating. Especially after checking online BEFORE making the drive.

Cons: Half my fries were hard as rocks. Did not receive one order of my fries. Did not receive my chicken bites. My burger was not fresh,and hot. No straw for my drink. No spoon for my sundae.
Pros: half my fries tasted good.
Conclusion: 44 dollars for a disappointing meal. This was sunday 6 days after opening, but I was the only person in the drive through. I’ll give them one more try on a weekday, because I love the tupelo location, so I know it can be better, plus I have some free fries and chicken bites coming to me.

My fiancé and O have tried giving checkers a chance time and time again but we always regret it simply because the quality of food is so bad. Bad food. Looks good on the pictures but always cold and mostly tasteless unfortunately. I wish things were different! Better quality.

Will NOT be returning back here, they have the slowest possible staff I’ve ever seen in my life. I just lost my money because they never brought out my food after waiting nearly 45 minutes and made me late for work. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here if you have stuff to do that day. Horrible, horrible service!
