As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I went to this checkers on EH crump , nov 2 @ 1:49 am right before the time changed , My receipt says kierra was my server at the time .. BUT THE MANAGER ON DUTY ATTITUDE WAS WAY WORSE !!!she made me pay for ranch when I had a 10 piece & a 5 pc wing .. I asked for fresh fries she said take some fries out another box I had to make it even .. argued me her worker didn’t give them to me as such & when I asked Kierra ( I’m assuming that was my server ) what was her manager name she said she did not know they call her by her nickname name … this is the most worse experience I’ve ever experienced here but I don’t usually come late night either

I told her that I did an online order. she again yelled ” our system is down”. I asked “well how do I get my money refunded” I guess this is when she realized that someone would be held accountable. she told me to “wait a minute, our system might be back up”. while I was sitting at the window another car pulled up. one of the remaining two smoking workers yelled to the car “we closed, our system down”. the owners should really consider who they let manage their restaurant at night time. the employees serve who they want, when they want. imagine how much money the owners are losing by the workers turning away customers.

Workers sitting outside while on the clock and left two red headed women inside to handle orders. Terrible nasty attitudes, claimed to be closed before 3:30AM but were still taking orders. Several other cars drive off angry because after taking their order they would tell the customers they were closed. We were also told to move from infront of the window after we paid for our meal. Definitely would not go back to this location ever again. The lady told me my total was $10 and some change but it came out to be $14 instead. She lied and said the 2 for $5 don’t come with cheese but the advertisement literally has cheese on it.

Gave me the wrong size fries, drink was flat. Burger was wrong, the remade it and it was still wrong. They meat tasted old, it was so bad I couldn’t eat it.
Gave me the wrong change, doesn’t the register tell them how much change to give? That just means you can’t count.

I just left Checkers on Crump with a half order. I ordered the $3.50 special just to have something on my stomach and added my drink. The order went from $3.50 to $7.77, so I cancelled the drink and paid with $20.07. I got $13. 07 back and the girl closed the window and disappeared. When I blew my horn to question my change, she didn’t return to the window. Her attitude was funky, as well as her supervisor’s because she wanted me to back up before giving me my change. The neighborhood doesn’t need people who are ripping off the customers for whatever reason the cashier decides to take advantage of one. I won’t ever return to this location. I will take my business back to South Haven because she service is good. This location needs to be closed!! Too much stealing!?
