Food TEMP was excellent, however my order was incorrect – charged for tomato//left off & added lettuce //requested none) and everything fried tastes scorched ( time to change the oil,please) The fries were little crunchies not actual fries. Drive thru cashier was extremely polite and courteous.

Though I didn’t see it on the menu as I did the walk up ordering, I asked the cashier if the unbelievable deal double cheeseburger was available. It was, so that is what I ordered. It came out relatively fast. **The person behind me tried paying with American Express and was told they don’t take that.** I didn’t notice a kids menu. Normally we have a great experience with customer service and the food when we visit this location. And we’ll drive roughly 20 mins just to get it because we like it so much. Our most recent trip though, was horrible. 1 out of the 4 employees was friendly and apologetic. One of the male employees was VERY unprofessional and rude, complaining and wanting to leave. He made it VERY clear. Another one was recording me on his phone through the window of the employee door that leads to the outside of the building as I waited for them to fix our order since it was almost entirely given to us wrong. The last lady I spoke to when she finished our remake, said that she was really sorry and had said that the other lady that was there had been messing orders up all night. It was definitely not what we had expected or what we are used to. Will we be back? I’m sure we will. I will always give a place a second, and sometimes a third chance. I just hope that things change and they get better staff. Staff that takes pride in their work and has solid customer service skills, being that it’s a business that deals with customer service from open to close. We’ll see how it goes next time….

Ordered to fish sandwiches, got one old hard fish sandwich, the other sandwich was a plain hamburger which I didn’t order. I asked for fresh to order fish sandwiches because this not the first time this has happened at this location. Got all the way home when and had to come back to Checkers. I wanted my money back the manager said it would take 7 days to be put back on my card. So the manger remade my order at my request, which was 100%better than before. All fish sould be made fresh per order.

Right now Checkers is offering a $4 meal where you can get a double cheeseburger,(or a choice of 2 other burgers)crispy crunchy and flavorful fries, a soda drink of your choice, and a delicious dessert pie for this extraordinary price! We pop in the drive through and fully fed our hungry tummies for a little over 8 bucks! Thanks Checkers for helping folks get a little relief from the high prices of a single meal that is not only satisfying but budget friendly as well!

Went there on Tuesday night 10/28/25 between 6pm and 8pm. Half our order was missing. When they rolled the window open it wreaked of marijuana. I’m not sure if they are selling it through the window or smoking it in the kitchen. My suggestion. Don’t get High at work and you’ll be able to function on your job. The girl that corrected our order called us some rude names from inside as we were pulling off but she was nice enough to give us our missing items so thanks.

Ordered 2LG n 1MD got 3MD fries. Instead of fixing manager just grabbed my MD fries n combined them then threw another LG at me n slammed the window in my face. If this is how u treat paying customers then I will take my business elsewhere.

We ordered in the drive thru and when we got to the window and paid, the woman at the register proceeded to asked for our receipt back. She then handed us, half of our order, to which I had to ask for another receipt AND ask for 3/6 items we PAID for because they did not give us what we ordered.
Never have I experienced anything like this, and I’ve worked in food service/ customer service for years. It was unprofessional, unorganized, chaotic, and on overall terrible experience.
