As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

We did the drive in. Swift attentive service but couldn’t figure out the extra lettuce. I got the special Labor Day $3 Buford which is a double cheese burger weighed in at 277g and really juicy and tasty! BUT didn’t melt the cheese and sparce lettuce (not the extra I ordered). 100% worth $3 and more. I will come back!

Inside screen wasn’t working. Pulled over and made an online order including a banana shake. Went to the window..no shakes except vanilla. I asked to take off the order. She said call 800 #, 800# said call the store. We took the vanilla shake asked for no mayo, still got mayo. The 2 ladies really seemed put out and we were the only customers (2). I cant swear to it but I think I heard a dog bark in there ♀️ i havent been to a rallys/checkers in over 15 years. I definitely wont go back. My teenage grandson never been and wanted to try it. He wont be back either. It was terrible and no way to “correct” or complain. Pitiful

12/11/25 around 3pm.. checkers on schillinger… ordered 3 meals, chicken bites and fries… asked if the fries could be upgrade to loaded… before I could finish asking… lady on speaker quickly says..Her: No..Me: so I can’t upgrade.. Her: No… Me: not even if I pay extra…Her: No.. we don’t have that option to do that. Very dry personality. And I’ve had fries loaded with my order so when did it stop. They losing out on money if they have stopped.

I hate going somewhere that I feel like an inconvenience to be a customer. Service was trash and the food was completely incorrect. No pretzel bun, no lettuce or tomato on my burger that I asked for , no sauce for my mozzarella sticks, wrong size drinks and wrong size fries.

The staff is always rude and hardly ever use the speaker system and when we pulled to the window because we thought the speaker was broke she grudgingly said she was about to make us go back through the line and use the speaker but she’d take our order this time. And complained there was only 2 of them there but they were taking walk up service before drive thru. I’ve been there when they’ve been fully staffed and they were rude and something was always broke and they were gossiping more than helping people. I think it oughta be shut down. The staff on Airport Blvd is much better and nicer and they actually pay attention. SO AVOID THE CHECKERS ON SCHILLENGER ROAD AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU LIKE RUDE SERVICE!!!!

Went through the drive through ordered two burgers. Went to pull out, opened up one. There wasn’t any meat in it.
The bun was, I think old it wasn’t soft.
I’m going to have to say it was the worst burger i’ve ever had.And I like hamburgers. Used to stop at 1 on highway 99 in Fresno, California.

Made a mobile order and when I made it there to pick it up I was told to drive to the other lane because its for mobile orders and that they were out of fries. They replaced fries with apple pies. My husband wasn’t satisfied with the pie and asked for mozzarella sticks, but they were out as well. She stated they only had onion fries and said, she could only give one. I made 2 combo orders tho.

We have been going to Checkers for many years mostly buying the Chilli-dogs. They have until now always been our favorite item (flavorful chilli and hot dog). It has been a few months since we have been there. On 12/8/25 I bought four Chilli dogs at the 312 Schillinger rd S. store in Mobile Al. They were probably the worst tasting hotdogs we’ve ever had. The Chilli was bland with no taste to it. The hotdogs left an aftertaste something like soap. We could not finish them.
