As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Went in for a quick bite after work and overall it was a decent experience. The place was fairly clean and the staff was moving fast, even though there was a small rush. I ordered a combo meal and it came out hot, which I always appreciate at a fast food spot. The fries were fresh and not overly salty, and the burger tasted pretty much how you’d expect, nothing fancy but satisfying. Prices felt reasonable for the portion size. Seating was a bit limited, but it wasn’t too noisy. Not the kind of place I’d go out of my way for, but solid enough when you need something quick and filling.

Just went by the Checkers off of D.I.P. in Mobile Al, today and ordered a Baconzilla and they gave me a 2 for 6 hamburger with bacon on it or at least that’s what I’m assuming it was. I’ve had baconzilla because that’s my go to at Checkers and that wasn’t a baconzilla. I pulled it out the bag and the person sitting next to me made the comment of how small it was before I could even say anything. I looked back at the women at the window and asked them if they gave me the right hamburger and she said “yes” I said “Well, it’s kind of small isn’t it?” She said “You ordered the Baconzilla right?” And I said “yes” and she said “It’s got bacon on it right?” I said “yes” and she said “So it’s the right hamburger” I clarified “It’s kind of small though” and she said “It’s the right hamburger, it’s just the way it’s folded over” I literally DO NOT even know what that meant. I just accepted it and said to myself “Whatever, it’s not worth the hassle”
I found a spot to park and eat and when I started eating, I noted that something didn’t feel right about the hamburger so I lifted the bun and aside from it just being loaded down with mayonnaise and ketchup, I seen that there was one patty with a half of a patty on top.
Literally THE WORST hamburger I’ve had it a long time. 100% will not be personally making the choice to go back to this checkers.
Wish I would have taken pictures of how awful this hamburger actally was. I had no intention of writing this review so I didn’t, but I just had to let y’all know something. I literally sat there trying to eat lunch ill because I had just been ripped off. I paid $13 and some change for a large baconzilla combo and got a half made incomplete and smothered in mayonnaise and ketchup 2 for 6 hamburger.
Not to mention the woman doesn’t even tell you where to pull up. All she says is to pull up, but all you have in front of you is a big open parking lot.
I refuse to go back to this place. I would have been better off ordering a McDouble and a medium fry than to go to this checkers and quite frankly that’s what I’ll do before going back here.

Ordered 2 number 1s. Big Buffered combos. The hamburgers and coke where good but the fries were old and soggy. Service was ok, she was busy talking to her staff about what she was going to do that night.

I waited 35 minutes to get a wrong order. I asked for no pickles and no mayo and she only annotated no pickles. On top of that it STILL HAD PICKLES. How does this place even stay open?

I would like to commend the exceptional service provided by the staff member working the drive-thru on Sunday, March 22, 2025, at around 10:00 PM. Despite a high volume of customers, she maintained a consistently courteous and efficient demeanor. She ensured our order was fulfilled accurately and displayed remarkable patience and professionalism throughout the interaction. Her positive attitude and evident dedication were truly appreciated. I was particularly impressed by her composure and pleasantness, even under pressure. This level of service is a testament to her work ethic and a credit to Checkers. If I were her supervisor I would be sure to give her a raise!

Waited 10 minutes to order, was asked if i was done ordering before i finished the first meal, wasn’t asked for a sauce for my tenders, when i asked for a sauce i was handed a single buffalo sauce for a 9 tender meal. And the wings were not even tossed, we also didn’t receive a drink and the woman working was MAD rude! 8:45 on Friday

Easy to access location. The food is fresh and tastes great. They currently have an “incredible deal”, we tried where you get a small double cheese burger, fries, a drink and an apple pie for $4! Really not sure how they do it .

First off how all of a sudden u no longer sell shakes or ice cream of any kind and then have no beef only fried products not to mention when I got my food the chicken was cold but on the upside the fries were ok over all just a shitty experience.
Oh yea apparently the standard message when you pull up is I’m sorry we’re closed come back during business hours no matter what time I pull in.
