As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I had a great experience at Checkers! The food was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy, easily my favorite part. The service was quick and friendly, and everything came out just the way I ordered it. For fast food, Checkers really stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I ordered DoorDash, but I did not order a cheeseburger. I only ordered a burger. I called called this checkers at 11:45 PM and they answered the phone. Not only that I told him about adding the cheese and they did it for free. The combination of the tube shows a little tiny Little fast food place can have such good customer service. It’s because of the owners.

I love checkers, this particular location has had its ups and downs the last few years. My most recent visit the service was quick, however the communication was short and dismissive. I asked for 2 bueford bacon cheese burgers plain, 1 combo, 1 sandwich. I believe I was charged for two combos as the price total didn’t not equate. But that was the least of my worries. The food was dry, cold, and slapped together with no pride or care at all. I gave this location another shot as my last experience was similar about 6 months ago, but driving away, I again reiterated I guess that’s the last time I’ll go there…

Had to wait a few extra minutes for food to be ready but at least was fresh. Size of the chicken sandwich felt like it was meant for a child. Small, simple and slightly cold. Disappointed they don’t carry the amazing Dr. Pepper but was expected (even employee agreed with me). Although on the upside, the fry seasoned chicken tenders were pretty good. And also their fries had good flavor.

Its hit or miss with this location. Some days my meal comes correct and others it comes super sloppy just thrown together. Food isnt bad I really enjoy it just wish they could take a lil more pride into the presentation

Very disappointed. I ordered chili cheese fries and clearly received loaded fried (the ones with bacon bits). It was a waste of money as I did not eat them but it is too late for me to return and exchange. Checkers should make good on the wrong order.
