I had a really bad experience in the drive through this evening around 12:30am. The woman with braids was rude and condescending to me for basically going through the drive through at a moment when there were no other customers. It just seemed immature and something you would expect from a teenager – not a grown woman. As if I was doing her a favor by just trying to pick up an order? I was so uncomfortable I almost left without the drink. Next time I will take my business somewhere else. Makes me wonder how much money she is losing the owner every week.

Be careful with the discrepancies between the prices on the menu and the prices they actually charge you.
I ordered an item that was $8.39 on the drive-thru menu and was charged $11.39. When I asked the person in charge about the discrepancy, he said they needed to change the outside menu and that the “office” probably updated the price.
To make it worse, he said he wouldn’t blame me if I canceled the order — but there was nothing he could do about it.
So the message was: YOU CAN CANCEL OR ACCEPT BEING RIPPED OFF.
What customer service!!! Unbelievable.

Went to Winter Garden store yesterday. All orders are AI now. The computer didn’t know what I wanted. Got something else. Twice the price. Guy at the window said he couldn’t change it. I will not be coming here again. Put a REAL PERSON in the drive through to take orders. Very disappointed! Money isn’t everything!

Go to drive thru order via that terrible automated box. Next I get to window. I pay lady she said I need to get out of line go around to other side that was at 11:40pm and 25 min later I’m still 3 cars behind haven’t moved. As they opened the window when I paid ( before going to other window) heavy weed smell was coming out of restaurant. 4/27/24 haven’t been here in a while won’t be back. After covid FF service has taken a dive. Photos added for time stamps. Asked for plain I cannot eat tomato or onions.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Checkers location. When I arrived to pick up my food, the woman working the window was extremely rude from the moment I pulled up. She didn’t ask for my order, raised her voice at me, and treated me with clear disrespect. She even slammed the window in my face for no reason.No customer should ever be spoken to or treated that way. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I hope management addresses this behavior so other customers don’t go through the same thing.

This Checkers is a disaster. The manager and worker flat-out refused to take my order, then stormed out screaming and yelling at me like I was the problem. I honestly felt unsafe and was close to calling the cops. The fatigue is real here—this place isn’t being run like a restaurant, it’s being run like a nightmare. Hands down one of the worst, most hostile customer service experiences I’ve ever had anywhere.

Those sandwiches look sick!! I’m not going to another CHECKERS never again!! It wasn’t anyone in the drive-thru. That was my sign not to go there but I did anyways. McDonald’s across the street had cars wrap around the building. My husband told me to go WAWA’S. I should’ve listened. You tell me what kind of sandwiches is this?? No kind of love in your food. Worst experience at a restaurant ever. They weren’t even busy and i had an order to pick up and it was taking more than 40 minutes. And the lady who was working there was talking to her friend the whole time. And this was honestly the worst customer service experience i’ve ever had.
