As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Had not been to a checkers in years and stopped in to grab something to snack on quick between errands. Place appears well maintained and in an easy to access area. I was thrown off at the drive thru. When you pull up an automated (possibly AI?) takes your order, not an actual person. So, that was new and odd but, my order was right so, that was good. The staff were quick with my order and very pleasant. I ordered these Philly fried things and a large sweet tea. The food is as I remember, it was ok, nothing really to gush over but not terrible either. Prices have gone up since I was last there but, still better than some places, especially since they have more budget friendly deals than most. Overall, not too shabby and would go back again for sure but next time I’ll get a burger and fries.

Stood outside for 20 minutes. Finally, got in car and ordered in the drive through. Was helped right away. I was told the difference in a big buford, and the classic was a slice of tomato.So we went ahead and paid a dollar fifty each to upgrade to the big buford. Got our food parked and sat down and there was no tomato.Had to bang on the window and say, we paid three dollars for the big buford and no tomato.We each got one little, tiny slice.
The couple standing behind us went and got in their car.And did the same thing when they saw how quickly we got our food.
I get that those people are working hard and they’re on a timer as soon as somebody places an order.So please, please just put a sign out that says no walk up service.So people are not standing there forever!
But don’t worry, I won’t be back. Probably one of the worst hamburgers I’ve eaten. Fries are great!

Waits in line about 20 minutes with 4 cars in front of me just to see the workers rapping and listening to music while people are waiting. Every single time I come here around 10-11pm at night not one worker is taking the job seriously and I’m always met with an attitude. Will be driving the extra minutes to the other checkers.

Stood at the walk-up window at the for over 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged we were there. The couple in front of us eventually got tired of waiting and went through the drive-through and were served before us.

We finally gave up and went through the drive-through ourselves. I ordered a Finish Line burger and it was missing half the toppings.

Between the long wait, no acknowledgment, and the incorrect order, we won’t be back.

I ordered a plain hamburger, small season fries and one apple pie. I’ve paid over $8. Got a home. Noah burger, not happy.
Too cold to go back out.And no one will answer the phone

Came here for the first time and when I went to place the order I’m talking to a robot and the robot is asking me several questions when all I wanted was too spicy chicken sandwiches. Then I’m finally done with this robot so I go to the window to pay they give me my food but no ketchup. So I’m literally screaming on the top of my lungs trying for them to hear me and I’m also beeping the horn several times and they act like they have blinders on and they’re a horse. Ironically wasn’t even that busy. The only reason why they even opened the window to give me the ketchup was because there was a car ended up coming behind me after 5 minutes or so. When I open my bag to eat the spicy chicken sandwiches one sandwich is light mayo as I requested and the other sandwich is heavy Mayo which I did not request. I asked for two sandwiches light mayo. When people don’t take pride in their job it shows and it’s bad for business.

Ordered food late night through DoorDash. I ordered the tenders combo with buffalo sauce and fries, and the classic burger. I received no fries, and no sauce. The burger also had no toppings just the patty and the bun.

Just read “T”s review and I agree 100% which sux cause you wanna support these burger joints but yep just like sonic cold food. When I pulled up no one at drive thru window just one car in line at the speaker. They took forever to take a 3 person order then once they pulled up I was told to “check out the menu” while I waited. 🙁 And yeah I waited. Finally get to the window…they had one job. 2 for 4 dollars??? I ordered 2 hamburgers and a sweet potato fry. I only got 1 burger and the cold fries. Had to ask for the rest of my order. The only good checkers I’ve ever been to is in the Tampa Bay area. Rest of em seem to suc Cold burger and cold fries. I won’t be back.

Was visiting family in Lady Lake and we got to the hotel late, ordered food from here to try and feed my son as it was just about the only thing open. These people sent me a double cheesburger with literally nothing on it, no cheese no toppings no nothing. Just buns and two burger patties. Yall know what you did, you should think about other people or who you might be serving. Was just trying to feed my kid while outta town. Yall so bad for that, people do not care at all or think how they’d like to be treated. I see stuff like this way too often using delivery services and it’s getting old. Get a different job if don’t like it, but don’t mess with people’s food and money. Treat people how you’d like to be treated. Would give negative 5 stars if I could to yall sorry lazy ah. Also, no it’s not ubereats or doordash’s fault, they shouldn’t have to be opening everyone burger wrappers and what not to check for this, these workers just don’t think its gonna come back so they do use their laziest work ethic and probably think its funny while doing it. Got to fire the whole team and start from scratch with a manger that has half the brain of the one here.

Waited about 30 minutes for our food . All the employees were doing was talking and on there phones . Left the drive through and find out they only gave us the burger and no fries ( it was supposed to be a meal) and after waiting 30 minutes we weren’t going back to complain . We will never come during night shift again .
