As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I was so looking forward to there barbecue burger on a pretzel. Got home and the top bun was hard and stale. Fries were good though…. Sure wish this place would focus more on the quality of food they put out… This is the second time I’ve been there and the second time I wasn’t happy with the product..

I just wasted $12, one bite out of the sandwich, didn’t even touch the fries. I used to love Checkers/Rally’s I was disappointed when they closed the one near me. Saw the sign got excited, ended up disgusted. Everything was burnt, The fries were saturated in some kind of goo, if I were you, I would skip this location

I came by last night and I was in disbelief of what a saw. There was a young sweet girl working her butt off trying to get orders out and going from making burgers to fries while a big white man just stood there and dosed off. If that was my restaurant I would give that girl a big thank you, she looked very exhausted but when she slid past the man nodding out at the window she was the sweetest girl. She hanged me my food and told me to have a wonderful night in the calmest voice. The man was wearing a red checkers shirt. I hope this gets delt with I will not be returning.

The big guy at the drive-thru window is not in his element. He has the worst customer service attitude I’ve ever seen. It’s as if you’re disturbing him by making him work just to get your food. And the language they use between each other while I’m within earshot was pretty disgusting too.

I ordered the special 4 for $4.00 for me and my son and I asked the young men for a side of cheese sauce for the fries .When they gave me my order I was confused because I thought they had given me the wrong order, but the guy told me that they didn’t have tiny cups for the cheese sauce so they put it inside the white styrofoam container for hot dogs. The cheese was starting to leak. I wish they would have told me from the beginning that they didn’t have the tiny cup for the cheese sauce. I would have never ordered it. They also forgot to put an apple pie in one of the orders.
I know fast food restaurants aren’t very clean but this restaurant looks like they never clean it. I would never order from this location again.

I like Checkers but it is what it is, a bargain fast food restaurant. I never see this one busy. It’s on a very busy road but maybe a little hidden by signs and other businesses. Service was efficient, food was good, not great.

I must have forgotten how much more burger the Big Buford offers. They don’t try to make up for a little patty with a pile of processed French fries. The meal deal was plenty. Their fries are great. A very competitive value. I’ll be back!

Made an order 40 mins before closing time and I arrived 35 mins before closing time. The employee acted like “no one was there “ I knocked on the window and honked many times. I thought maybe actually no one was there and then I saw the employee sitting inside. This is so disappointing, I didn’t get my food or my money back.

First time trying checkers. I get the burger meal #4 and the chicken tenders. Food was really good. The staff were awesome!! Thanks to the gentleman who took my order and the manager does an excellent job with service and staff. I’ll be back soon. Also they have a drive thru for cars and a pedestrian window. That’s great to see.
