As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Someone mentioned the manager… she is sweet and efficient (Sista girl). The philly whatever-they’re-called are good. Y’all better get accustomed to the AI ordering. Have patience & speak clearly. Could work on the frequency of cooking burger patties. Fries and sides are always fresh.

From my view, the work area was disgusting. The person taking my payment and delivering my order was sketchy-looking and not a good presentation of the Checkers brand. Nobody wants to see dirty floors while ordering food. “Take 5 minutes and sweep up the fries all over the floor”. I miss the high school kids at the window. The neighborhood is crime ridden. Sadly, it used to be a great place for lunch or dinner. Roll up your windows after ordering…

EXTREMELY rude staff !!!! Had problems ordering with the electronic menu and when someone came on the mic to help me he started yelling and repeating “NO.NO.NO” I guess I had asked too many times to the machine ? But that’s not my fault. Being in the passenger seat, I yelled “OKAY!” so he could hear me, and he responded VERY RUDELY “why are you yelling at me?!?” At this point I pray he didn’t tamper with our food. Definitely not going back to this location ever again.

Just wanted to let you guys know what a great job ,Jesse ,Sidney and Eric are doing for your company. We received excellent service you could really tell that the employees enjoyed being there seemed like they were having a good time at work but at the same time, getting their job done efficiently. Most fast food establishments act like every time you place an order you’re doing them a favor not the other way around would definitely recommend this Checkers. for anyone looking for great food and great service in the future will definitely come back.

⭐ 1-Star Review – Checkers (52 & Little Rd)

Pulled into the drive-thru just a couple minutes after midnight. Right lane was completely empty, only one car in the left (Uber line). The automated box started the usual greeting, but the employee immediately cut it off—talking extremely fast, loud, and rushing us.

We placed our order and pulled up to the window, and the same employee continued acting rushed and impatient. After paying, he told us to “pull around” so he could help the people behind us… even though there was no one behind us. I told him that, and he yelled “PULL AROUND!” So we did.

Still no cars in the right lane. We came back to the window, and the employee aggressively yelled at us again to “go to the other lane.” When I asked why, he claimed we were “messing up their timer score.” We had only been there less than a minute. He then slammed the window shut.

I moved to the other lane like he demanded, and suddenly three cars were now ahead of us. So I parked and walked up to the window where I could literally see my food—and several other bags—just sitting there. I asked for a refund back on my card and was refused. A lady behind him said “your food is ready,” but at that point the experience had gone completely off the rails.

All of this happened within maybe three minutes. I ultimately had to drive around the building again and park behind multiple Uber drivers just so their “timer score” wasn’t affected.

This location needs serious training on customer service, communication, and honesty. Completely unnecessary attitude and zero respect for customers.

My 5 star rating is ONLY for the 3rd shift late night crew especially Sydney and Will. The 2nd shift dinner crew is horrid. The other location in the area is horrid. I will ONLY eat here at late night. These guys are always friendly and take great care and pride in their customer service. I eat here every day we work late which is a few days a week. If you’re up late definitely check out this crew and leave them a good rating.

I missing items from order then when you get home to call nobody ever wants to answer the phone. You mention the situation the next time you order and they wanna ask “why didn’t you call”. It’s more like “why didn’t you answer the phone. Sad part it’s as little as adding cheese!

Staff was quick and friendly but burger was made wrong. Asked for no cheese, as I’m allergic to milk products, double checked at the window that they put no cheese. Got home and there was cheese melted into the burger so couldn’t even eat it. Tried calling and no answer and weren’t given a receipt
