As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

On a pickup order, I had to wait 5 minutes at the pickup window just for someone to give me my bag which was ready 3 minutes before I got there. Therefore when I got back to my hotel, 5 minutes later, my fries were cold and soggy.
I did everything efficiently on my end. Other people in the store saw me waiting and ignored me. I guess the pickup window dude must have been on a smoke break. Lesson learned for me is don’t order on line. I saw three other customers go thru the drive thru while I was waiting to merely be handed my bag. I haven’t eaten at Checkers in over a year because there aren’t any in Roanoke, Va. I’ll pass on going back for a while. Very disappointed. I used to really like Checkers in Mobile, AL. Here in New Port Richey, FL it sucks.

They’re not mistake free but when they have made mistakes they’ve done what they needed to do to correct it. Good management, employees are all sympathetic to the customers wants.

Always forget items, rude, and extremely slow! I live on ridge and usually just make the drive to the one on 54 because this location is the worst.
Today they forgot a burger and small fries and when I called to speak to someone they just hang up without even speaking lol stay far away from this location. The one on 54 is the best imo but either 52 or 54 locations are far better than this one. The older lady that is in the windows needs to be let go already smh she is always forgetting stuff. Usually if I see her there I just leave.
Edited to add the fact that if they didn’t shove $40 worth of food in 2 bags maybe they would have realized something was missing and also I could actually get boxes of food that are not smashed up and half the fries topping stuck to the lid lmao

Stood outside to order for 5 minutes. They never even came to the window to acknowledge me. Drive thru might be fine but be prepared to wait and hope they see you standing at the window. Most people don’t have all day for lunch.

I got the 4 for $4 meal all I have to say is do NOT get the double cheeseburger the edges were hard as a rock and tasted burnt… spicy chicken sandwhich is completely fine my apple pies were stone cold as if they were made like 4 or 5 hours ago the fries were fine as well they were fresh but if I ordered a large fry…i’d want it filled up not half empty

I just want to say that at night whenever I go order in person, no matter what, Tyre is so kind and wonderful to make things right whenever the food doesn’t come out right. He really keeps this Checkers “in check” for customers and I’m always thankful that he cares to go the extra mile and fix anything that might go wrong. Thanks, Tyre!

I’ve been here plenty of times and don’t have much to say ever but I received poor quality service from miss manager laura in the drive thru. Bad customer service, I know it’s fast food but it wouldn’t hurt to have basic manners and say have a good night and not close the window on my face after shoving the bag of food through the window.
