As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The place wasn’t even busy and I stood at the window for over 25 minutes waiting to be acknowledged, even went up to the window and waved at the people inside which then looked at me and walked away. What a joke what terrible service this was at 7 PM on Thursday evening. I stopped here multiple times a week and because of the size of my truck. I’m unable to go through the drive-through. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my entire life.

I ordered two burgers and a large order of fries. When I picked up the order the man asked me if I wanted catsup for the fries. I told him no and did not look in the bag. When I got home there were no fries in the bag. I called twice and left a message but nobody returned my calls. Nobody answers the phone so you have to leave a message. Very disappointed because I have always liked Checkers; however, I will not use this one again.

Checker burger had something hard in it. Don’t know what it was. Came up to the windows to tell the employees about it the guy that was serving in there was rude and had obnoxious and smart mouth comments. Lucky my wife calm me down before I went in there and did something everyone will regret.

Went through drive thru and ordered a big double burger of some kind. This was my first ever Checkers visit. I paid approximately $13 for my meal. When I got back to work I had an itsy bitsy size fries and a teeny tiny burger. My order obviously got mixed up. No fun!

After waiting in the drive thru for some time, the worker finally came out to say the speaker wasn’t working. My son got the chili cheese fries. The fries were old and stale. The chili was just nasty. The restaurant was clean.

First off one of the drive-thru’s were not working and they didn’t have a sign stating that so they made me go around the building and back to the other working drive-through. Woman gave me attitude when I hesitated to tell her my drink. Ask me to backup once I pulled to the window and handed them my money and then pull forward again I don’t know for what. When I received my drink it wasn’t full in my burger was not properly put together correctly. I watched a woman drop my fries in the bag like she didn’t care. If you don’t like your job or don’t give it a hundred percent find another job…
