As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I love Checkers. Food with value. Our Checkers has a Double Drivethru and is a constant flow of customers, and that’s why we don’t use it, but rather walk up to the customer window.
My observation is, that we waited far longer than we should have, because they take care of car traffic first. In hot Florida standing and waiting for your food can become very long, while those in their cars are sitting with air conditioning blowing on them. I believe there needs to be a reevaluation of customer contact, each and every order is revenue.
As a business owner, customer care, customer service and customer support is key to every successful business. This might be a check and balance on Checkers part, and do an anonymous walk up survey.

This location has offered a wonderful fast food experience twice in the past two weeks. Thank you for the super hot and fresh fries, the sandwiches were also tasty. I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the staff too. Thank you!

Great food great service the robot I get nervous talking too for reason. But it’s been around since I was a kid the owners n a few of the workers that have been there for years take good care of it. Food is fresh. It’s the best checkers I’ve ever been in my travels as well. Good deals I drive from north port so I don’t do mcds n burger King it’s worth the drive. Prices help all that room hamburger meat is far better quality then the other chains too. Keep up the great work..

So I don’t typically eat at fast food restaurant, but it was late and I needed to get something to eat and checkers was on my way home. I stopped through the drive-through I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and my total was $8.19 for just the burger, I was like wow that’s a lot of money for just a burger so I started to eat on it while I was driving home and I was so impressed that was the best burger that I have had ever I even saved a couple bites to take home to my husband so he could just try and have it not been so late. I would’ve turned around and went and got another one hands-down the best burger ever. I called the location shortly after I had eight just to speak to a manager to let him know how great that burger was and his response made things even better. He was so appreciative of me calling just to tell him how good it was and I could just hear the excitement in his voice. I will definitely definitely be back to get me another burger and wow is all I can say. Definitely worth every penny of that $8.19

It’s a cool drive-thru/walk-up, race car pit-stop idea. Would’ve liked to have seen the outside seating area not so close to the vehicles with engines on while going through, but understandable only so much can be done in a small space. Seasoned fries were tasty and served hot. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the fudge cheesecake dessert, I think that’s on me though, as I was expecting something more like a cheesecake, instead of ice cream.

Checkers quality has declined considerably year after year, there’s no consistency on their food items. I use lo look forward to indulge in one of my favorite hamburgers and fries but this is not that place anymore. On this particular location the meat patties had no flavor and the fries were disgusting, oil dripping and soggy, an absolute abomination. Will look to other alternatives like Wendy’s from now on

I accidentally made a mobile order at this location instead of my current location and I tried to cancel it, but no one answered the phone. I called several times with the same result. They don’t allow you to cancel in the app, they only leave you with a phone number that no one answers. Thus, I could not get a refund. They still owe me $10.70

It was fast to order to get my food.. we recommend was in drive thru maybe a total of 1min and 30 seconds and we ordered to chicken bite boxes and two meals
