As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I ordered my food through DoorDash. When I got my food, stuff was missing. I ordered a large bite box and got the small. Also ordered the mvp meal that comes with fries, an Apple pie and a drink, did not get the drink or the Apple pie or the drink. Tried to call the store numerous times and whoever it was got tired of me calling and decided to pick up the phone and then immediately hang up. I’ve been in customer service since 99 and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I think people need to be retrained or go through what I and other customers who have had the same experience to understand.

Came at 930 they had me waiting outside in the cold after all 3 of the people seen me at the window and are talking and laughing only 1 person was working and then gave me attitude when I knocked on the window in attempt to get service. 2 younger big girls and one boy with braids. Yall need new workers

Every time I eat at Checkers, my order is always messed up!! Got 2 Champ burgers for $4.50 and a #1 combo. Added cheese to my Champ Burgers. Got no cheese. The fries were greasy, couldn’t hold the container. Due to it slipped out my fiancé hands. They were soggy.

Love love this place. The chicken bite boxes are the bomb. Sweet Tea is just right and my son loves the BBQ mother cruncher #8 combo. We come here often. Always friendly staff and Mondays go get you a $.50 strawberry swirl cone. Omg so Yummy.

It’s Checkers. Walked up to the window because it’s quicker. Especially seeing how I had to turn around and go back home because I forgot my wallet and when I returned the girl that took my order the first time remembered my order. That’s deserving of a raise.
