As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Just ordered here tonight. Waited at the window for 5 minutes only to be directed to go to the delivery line to wait an additional 38 minutes for an order that was so simple. Of course, the quality was absolutely horrible and the order itself was wrong. Burgers soggy and missing toppings that I was charged for. I confirmed through the speaker and again at the window what was supposed to be on each burger, they lied straight to my face ensuring that the order was correct. Fries extremely greasy and soggy. Chicken sandwich greasy and missing toppings that I was charged for. And to top it all off, everything was cold except for the soggy fries and grease drenched chicken sandwich. This is extremely disappointing, spending money, waiting almost an hour, and receiving garbage. Then I tried calling to let them be aware of the issue but no one answered. I couldn’t go back to the location because I used my lunch break to grab a quick bite and ended up sitting in a delivery line for 43 minutes. This isn’t even counting the time I sat in line just to place the order!

We ordered $80 worth of food to have dried up burgers and chicken sandwich, old fries, missing items, and sweet tea that tasted like they took their mopping water and poured it in with the sweet tea. I seriously want my money back. Not going to this place again and will be telling people to stay the hell away from there. God I hope we don’t get sick!!

Hard ass chicken patties on the edges every time. The food is usually way too salty, though lately it hasn’t been as bad. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes really slow, other times pretty quick. What I can’t stand are the upcharge tactics. They make it sound like a suggestion, but don’t even give me a chance to say what size meal or drink I want. They just tell me, lol.

I ordered a large order fries, hot. They dropped some old fries in grease and gave me a bag full of grease. I was so disappointed, especially after I was looking forward to a nice, fresh good tasting fries from checkers. And they were not busy at all.I would have waited for fresh fries.I was the only one in line. i also asked the worker for the fries hot. He said yes, imagine they were hot, but they were not fresh.

Food was gross. Fries were old and cold. Chicken bites were not even warm. Chicken sandwich was hard. They said they didnt have the nee strawberry cheesecake bites so they gave us Sundays and the icecream was weird and icy. Waste of money in my opinion.

While walking to the line I asked one worker if they had a bathroom. The very rude manager looked me dead in the face and told me I can’t use there bathroom. I asked him what his name was be he refused to give it to me. That is what you do when you know you where just being a very nasty person. Next time I will just keep driving.

The fries were very greasy and really nothing on them. The chicken sandwich was very greasy also and we were told it is Checkers policy to drop the items 10 seconds before being done and then drop them again when the order comes in for them. I work in the food industry and I have never heard of any other place having a policy like this. It has definitely made me not want to ever go to checkers ever again.

Ok usually no, but this was very great today. Thank you so much to the staff. I loved the sweet tea and the chicken was awesome . Coming back forsure. P.S. the loaded fries were my son’s favorite.
