As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Skip this Checkers! I did an online order for 7:30pm got to the store at 7pm and food was already ready. Burgers were ice cold and tasted old! Fries were ice cold and banana milkshake was melted and doesn’t taste nothing like bananas!!! Has no taste at all!! And $30 for all this! I am highly pissed off!! CHECKERS YOU’VE GOT TO DO BETTER!!!! Definitely will never return to this location!!!! Why would you make the order so early and use old burgers on top of that!!!

Checkers burgers are always hot, juicy, and full of flavor. The fries are crispy and seasoned perfectly, and service is quick. A great spot for a tasty fast food meal every time!

Everything was better than expected! Fries hot and crispy, brisket sandwich is on point. The meat is nice and charred and delicious. I have had 2 so far, very flavorful and juicy. Chicken and fries were perfect too! The loaded fries were soo loaded!!

The checkers on McMullen booth road in bayside bridge plaza has definite problems my order was wrong, I brought it back at the drive thru I told them my order was wrong. When I got to the window I got my food thrown back in my face and was told to leave! What did I do you ask, well I didn’t call anyone stupid because if you are stupid about something you can learn and now you know right but….. when I told them at the drive thru originally that I wanted an all American burger with ketchup only should mean nothing g but meat and ketchup on a bun….and I reverifred before paying g that my husband was getting a champ burger with cheese and ketchup only and I was getting the all American burger no cheese only ketchup, the girl verified yes that is what I ordered but oh no some IDIOT decided to put plus cheese which I did not ask for and that is the word I used when I returned my burger. Since I did my due diligence in verifying I was going to get what I ordered why did I get it? Because of some idiot who works at checkers! So I thre the food out of my car and on the ground let them clean it up, never again will I ever eat at a checkers

The food just isn’t what it used to be at any Checkers nowadays. I should’ve of just went to a restaurant and bought a $10-15 burger, but I did it to myself. The people working hard late at night were good people and meant well, however I might pass next time.

When I got to the window, Meko was there with a huge smile, double-checking everything to make sure it was spot-on (no missing sauces or anything!). The food was hot, fresh, and way better than I expected . He’s clearly got that natural knack for customer service—friendly, efficient, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re happy. If every shift had a Meko running things, Checkers would be packed 24/7. I ended up going through the drive through twice

One drive thru was closed, and walk up was closed. So the only option was to go to the other drive thru that doesn’t have a menu.
The chicken bites are horrendous. The crunchy chicken sandwich was dry and disgusting.
One of the employees was handling the frozen burgers with his bare hands. That doesn’t really bother me actually, but maybe it should.
The fries were great as usual.

Big Buford double burger isn’t that big. The seasoned fríes are really good though. The softserve icecream cones are bit icy consistency. No inside dining, just drive through right side or outside picnic tables.

Husband and son went to this location to claim the BOGO FOR THE BUCS WINNING. No help from the woman behind the counter! She was rude, would not help with the discount, and even walked away from them. They did not get the bogo. They ordered large cokes and came home with smalls. Beware
