There was a guy that was stuck at the AI drive through, which was bad enough. The guy was probably there for a solid 20 minutes stuck right there. Tried beeping at him and didn’t budge.
That’s not the bad part. The customer service is incredibly lackluster. 2 other people there were having issues getting their food on time. One of them ordered a strawberry sundae and what I assume is the manager came out screaming at the guy telling him that they don’t make sundaes anymore. I had to back up the guy telling the manager that the sundaes are still on the menu. Are you kidding me? You’re a manager and you don’t even know your own menu? Then the manager calmed down and offered the guy a refund… what.
After that I was so turned off from getting the food here I decided to leave. Had to warn another customer about to be stuck behind the same guy at the drive thru about what was going on so she wouldn’t waste her time.
Do not go here. These workers and that horrible manager do not have their act together.

Damn please keep up the good food quality, easy to order, fries are crisp and well seasoned. Burgers are packed, ingredients were balance, great flavor, the buns are little dry, but still a high tier level. Hope I had pictures but I already finish them so fast I forgot

Took forever to get my food. They had me park but I still had to get out my car to see what was taking so long. Then I still had to wait. Total time about 20 minutes – that is not fast food!
