As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This looks nothing like the picture on the menu. Less than a half a slice of tomato that looks expired! Barely any ingredients and no real customer service at the window. The girl working the window when I asked her a question looked like she was bothered by my simple question and there’s never any thank you or have a good day. Checkers needs to become like Chic Fil A but keep the same food with fresher ingredients. Everything is soggy instead of fresh on my burger

Today was a bad day to go to checkers in Temple Terrace. The fries taste like they were cooked in the same grease as the funnel cake none of the drink, soda or lemonade taste like it was in a clean fountain or even processed out of a clean fountain thumbs down about the drinks all of it And is it everybody supposed to wash their hands when you go back to work the guy admitted not to washing his hands when he took the trash out and then my bag of food so if I get sick I’m coming for you checkers

The guy told us we were the last ones to order and that they were taking care of drive threw first and he only had two people and we were there before the cars in the drive threw and he was a manager and he wasn’t doing nothing but standing there not doing nothing . That wasn’t right we were standing there for almost 30 min .

It never get your order right…. Then wait 20 minutes in the drive-through just get told to park on the other side of the drive-through after you pay where the passenger window is at the window so they can get your food ready total 34 minutes and I was the only one in the drive threw for 9 dollars worth of food. The parking lot looks like a hurricane went through it. The sign has been broke for months. This is why gibbers is going out of business.

I went to #5284 location and order one of your new chicken bacon bbq mother cruncher. Got the order everything was good but the sandwich had so much mayo and mustard on it. To be honest I didn’t realize it came on it. So I took the sandwich back up to the restaurant and patiently waited until someone came to the window. When one of the males came to the window I told him that I didn’t realize mayo and mustard cane on the sandwich and I asked it it was ok if I had a new sandwich with BBQ sauce no mayo no mustard. He said ok and took the bag, told the woman talking orders Trina B. So as I’m waiting I noticed the sandwich boy was not making my sandwich on the set up side. The guy that took my bag was making my sandwich on the other side. I’m like ok… BUT THEN I saw the chicken. I work in restaurant so I know when something has been re-dropped. The color was no longer a golden. The breading was crispy it stared to came off the chicken. When he came to the window to bring me the sandwich I asked him if he had re-dropped the chicken from the other Sandwich. He told me “ No I threw that sandwich in the trash.” I smiled and said ok and Walked away.

Just bought a combo n purchased a milkshake the guy didn’t give me my soda n said it was switched for a milkshake when I clearly wanted my soda spending $13 alone on the number…as I asked him about it he slammed the door on me instead of giving me the soda included in the combo. I rate 1 star cuz the food was hot n the service was disrespectful and careless n lazy

I got a Big Buford combo and the burger wasn’t done. I normally get my burgers medium to medium-well, but when it comes from fast food restaurant, I want it well-done. The burger was not only not done, but it was cold making me think they didn’t cook it at all. Thank you Checkers I won’t be returning to eat from here again.
