As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The food is decent and they are open late. Unfortunately, they can’t seem to get my order right. The AI assistant they have in the drive thru is absolutely terrible. I ordered a combo chicken tender meal and then went up to the window and they gave me a coke and fries and no tenders. They made the tenders later and they charged me individually for each item rather than that combo so it was about $4 more than it should have been. I then went back a day later and ordered at the window and they gave me chicken tenders, soda but no fries. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice there were no fries in the bag until I got home so I paid for fries I didn’t get. If they could just get my simple usual order of a chicken tender combo right, I think this place would be good.

I had to wait on the new cheese filled food. Not sure of the name. Mines were empty. The one that had food in it I could tell what it was or if it had chees in it. I ate my burger pretty fast and I was so hungry it wasn’t till the last few bits I thought this doesn’t taste right and all I could taste was onions and bread. I pulled the remaining bun off and it looked as it was guacamole on my burger. The cheese was not yellow. The onions looked old. I am convinced they are serving old food from the storm.

Every time I place an order with the night shift the girls mess up my order. Too much attitude with customers that just want to eat their meal. Manager is no better so condones in the behavior. By the time I get my order I no longer have an appetite. Smh.

I’ve been here a few times as I live in the neighborhood and every single time I go here or I order from here, they’re constantly not paying attention to people out the window, we have to stand out the window for at least 15 minutes, which is ridiculous and then when I do get my food. It’s never hot. It’s never correct. Something is always wrong or something is always missing the attitude from the employees is terrible. They don’t even engage with you, they don’t say hi, they don’t say anything they see you standing there. Look at you and just turn around and walk away.Whoever is running the store is doing a terrible job. 4 people in there and not one person could walk to the window and take orders. They’re all just walking around inside.

This place is far better than other locations. I came here at 3 am and the food was delicious and served within a couple minutes. In contrast, the location on MLK took 30 minutes to serve cold fries. This place makes me want to try Checkers again!

I went to Checkers last night, not only did I stay in line for 1 hour. They gave me raw chicken. I didn’t realize until I was eating on my way home, and I’m like this doesn’t taste right. I turn on the car light and this is what I saw. Now this morning my stomach has been so uneasy. Never going to a checkers again.

I just ordered from here on 04/07/2024 and as I bit into my food I felt something very sharp stab me in my tooth and my gum in the top of my mouth and I imediatly tasted blood I screamed in pain and spit this out now my tooth is going crazy I tried calling the store of course they never answer this is by far the worst expirence I’ve ever had I actually got hurt from eating there food and can’t even reach nobody I pray corporate does something to make this right because what on earth this is crazy and no it’s not a chicken bone it’s something hollow as u can see there is food in inside it like someone shoved this into the chicken ibe tried reaching the store about a dozen times and no answer this is horrible now I might have to go to the hospital because the pain in my tooth is growing rapidly and is excruciating
