As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I’ve sawn a lot of reviews about this location, and I agree. This place is kinda bad. Heres a quote from user Theodosios C on Yelp “Pretzel Pubster. SUBPAR. The Burger was a big DISAPPOINTMENT consisting of 2 Beef Patties which were extremely thin not dissimilar to sliced DELI Meat. The Bun was DRY & DOUGHY having a WEIRD taste. It’s SAD when the Seasoned Fries and Soda were better than the Burger. AVOID.”

This Checkers Wellington location is easily the worst I have seen from Checkers in over 30 years. Have given them multiple opportunities. Tried the Checkers in Margate , FL a week earlier and it was outstanding. Came by while In the area to this nightmare Checkers for another chance. Once again, burger was cold, toppings were soggy, the bun was stale not fresh and to make matters worse, the guy in the drive through had an attitude. This location does not hire or train properly, it’s an embarrassment to the Checkers chain. Will never return to this location. Wish I could give it a ZERO.

I went in the line , ordered my food . the problem happened after I paid at the window. I sat for probably five minutes and then the server told me to “pull up to a parking spot. Somebody will be out with my food. “ I pull up to a parking spot and 20 minutes go by and I watched cars come in and out, so I decided to come back to the drive-through and I watched the servers stop what he was doing and pick up a couple bags that were laid out already and handed it to me. When I opened the bags everything felt almost cold. I took it anyway because I couldn’t wait anymore as I had kids in the car. My food was ready the whole time and nobody brought it out to us were just waiting and waiting for no reason. Won’t come back

Rudest workers, incompetent. Clearly up charged us $4 no drink and added unwanted ingredients on burger and then charged $.20 per item. Went back to ask for drink and explain the order was wrong. The guy there rolled his eyes and shut the window!! Refused to open again, a women came up and asked us to move. Again tried to explain and zero help. I understand not to expect outstanding services at checkers but this was disgustig. Terrible!!! Do NOT GO HERE!
Update I emailed with the instructions provided in their reply over 3 weeks ago. No reply! Nothing. It’s just put there to make it seem they care. lol incredible!

Glorilla got the $4 deal for low income families. I love it here. Every body can’t pull up to the speaker and say ugh can I get a large #1 … So thank you checkers for that ! The food was lovely and very fresh and so so good and so so hot and even have us a free treat a fresh apple pie I’m happy

@Checkers – I’m contacting the corporate office. The location I visited not only provided poor customer service but needs a thorough inspection by the health department. Unfortunate case of the employees running the business and not the leadership. That is a picture of the amount of fries that came with my granddaughter’s meal and when I saw there were no fries, the person behind the counter hid.

Nothing works at this Checkers. I went to get a milkshake and they told me the machine was down. The fries were black on the inside like they been sitting out for weeks. The chicken wings taste dry and old, i wouldnt recommend getting them
