As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Perfect experience! I normally go to the Wellington location but came here today on the way back from downtown west Palm beach and was so happy. I got a chicken bites and fries box with a small coke for under $6. My kids love the spicy seasoned fries. The 2 Haitian guys working (sun oct 5 1:20 pm) were so friendly and pleasant.

If I could leave no star I would! I got a 2 for 7.50 and said I wanted a fully loaded fries, which I paid for, this young lady proceeded to and slam the window door in my face while I only ask for the loaded fries and my drink !! Food was great but if you having rough day and work in the customer service industry please stay home and fix your problems. I ain’t gave a smart remark or any bad behavior, since the beginning , for her to be disrespectful and slam the window door in my face!!

I ordered Checkers for my family on Door dash, it took us one hour to get our food, to spite only living 2 miles from checkers. Our dasher waited 48 min to get our food, we tipped her extra bc we appreciated that, but just the fact, she went to the window three times to check on our order, after she sent a video of her just waiting in the drive thru , is appalling! Don’t know what was going on but I will never order from that Checkers again, then when she finally delivered the order our fries were cold and our burgers were burnt, very disappointed! Smdh

Went thru drive thru and the machine is crappy, its not a real person and it never gets the order right. Get to drive thru and they tell us to drive to other side.. Mind you there is 2 other people here getting food. We been here for 20 min. This is absurd, I hate coming to this checkers.. not that these reviews do anything cause nothing changes.. but still that’s my 2 cents.

No one can beat checkers’ fries. The meals are always fresh and hot. But more importantly the food looks like the food on the commercials! ⭐️ Never been a fan of inside dining rooms and even less of outside, but on the surface appeared clean and serviceable. Food came out quickly – less than 3:20mins so a solid win. The $4 quick meal and a few other choice specials are amazing products also. Bring in a special like $1 egg/sausage/cheese biscuits like Wendy’s and you’ll have the trifecta

Waited forever for a standard order this afternoon 1/1/2024 2 pm. After 20 minutes got home and the chicken was raw inside. I hope I don’t get ill! Will not eat at that location again!

The customer service is pretty bad. For a food chain known for being fast, its really slow. Like, 15 mins for a chicken sandwich when there’s only 2 other people, slow. If you get a large cup, they try and fill 3/4 of the cup with ice… Sandwhiches are smaller than you expect too.. but the food is still good. (That sandwich took 20 mins)
