As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I normally don’t write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing, the person who assisted us was quite rude and unapproachable. The food was the biggest letdown, for sure, the bread was dry and tasted old, and both the meat and the pickles had an off flavor. It’s upsetting to see such polished and appealing photos online, only to receive something that didn’t resemble them at all.

Fast excellent food and service. The young lady in the drive thru-i think her names Monica. She was excellent 5☆s.smiling friendly and nice. It was nice to see a friendly person even at 12:30a on 12/9 she still cared. Hats off to her,well done ♡ & no I don’t know her I’m from fort myers, this is 100% an honest review. Stopped here today for lunch drive thru and ordered 2 big Buford’s. These hamburgers were absolutely putrid and dry. Both sandwiches missing tomatoes too. Should’ve just kept driving and not have eaten. No wonder the one in powerline closed abruptly although that one was decent.

Ordered some food on Friday while in the area. Took a little longer because they grilled the chicken fresh. Both the burger and chicken were a disappointment. I order a burger with bacon and there wasn’t any bacon. Chicken sandwich was a disappointment too. We always loved Checkers food, but apparently the shrink inflation has come to checkers. Definitely was a waste of $18 dollars and won’t be back.

I’ve been here plenty of times. Overall not bad. They never have mayo or tartar sause packets and that stupid AI ROBOT takes the orders instead of the employees. Even when there’s not a single customer making them busy but that’s the way all Checkers locations are so its not this location to be faulted. I just had to say it cause sometimes I just drive away when it’s starts talking cause it’s so stupid. Anyways, my food is fresh 80% of the time and the employees are acceptable 80% of the time. The Monsterella Stix are pretty darn good. Not as good as Miami grill or Arbys. But definitely better than Burger King and McDonald’s. The Buford bites were disappointing. I would never buy them again.

Food was greasy and disgusting. Fries were soggy and cold. Wouldn’t have given that burger to my dog. Didn’t even have Coca Cola available.

If I could give zero stars I would. Waited 45 minutes and my food was just being started when the last specifically told me 7 minutes. I waited at the intercom for a good 10 minutes before anything was even said to me. They are also very messy and gross inside. Food and stuff all over the place. Talking and talking between themselves and not taking care of costumers. Charged me for sauce even though I ordered chicken. No gloves were on any employees. They were cursing up a storm. Very unprofessional. Lazy workers. Gross food and gross establishment. Legit waited almost an hour and food still wasn’t even close to done

Great service over priced milkshakes paid 4$ for a milk shake that came in a child’s size cup smaller cup than you would get for a kids meal at any other ff establishments. If i didn’t already throw the cup away I would’ve added a photo couldn’t have more than 5 ounces of liquid

Worst place ever, visited for the first time today.
First I couldn’t order on the windows it had to be drive thru due to short staff (understandable).
But then no one answered at the ordering station, I proceeded to the pick up window thinking maybe that is how it works due to the short staff.
The window was closed there was a lady inside visibly under the influence of something that just look at me with a “what do you want face”.
After that I just left and promised never to come back again.
