As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The person taking our order I don’t think spoke any English I mean, I know I’m in Miami but you think people would have to speak English to work. We asked for two meals didn’t got sandwiches only got completely screwed and they screwed themselves out of money and the food is subpar. My burger sucks. Hope it helps usually, I love their stuff.

Hi I eat here regularly with my kids I had a problem with some people that used to sit at the tables and drink now they’re gone because of the big guy in the corner I seen him picking up trash helping them take out boxes wash the tables and tell unsave charctor’s to move on In a polite way and they did I feel safer there with my kids but the last few days he’s gone now there a guy walking back and forth dressed in all black and I Call him staring at my daughter’s it made me scared and we left please tell me the big guy is coming back it was a better place with him there and safer

Went today to get some new items like the Philly cheese steak burger and fries. It was a mess the buns was stale, no mayo and the meat was dry and burnt. They had no mayo when we asked and the lady in the back was re frying the cooked fries. It’s a mess and needs a clean up ASAP.

Just the fact that they turn the small combo into literally a tiny cup to shows how miserable and pathetic they are and why would never support this ridiculous business again and on top of that, they can’t even have their own workers take orders which means I have to talk to a stupid automated machine who I already knew from the start would not get my order right and I had to find out once I was already away from the restaurant. When going through the drive-thru you can always check if you’re missing something but you can never check if the order on your sandwiches are good unless you open the entire thing right in front of them which I’m not that type of person to hold up a line and do it out of respect but now I understand why others do it. If I ask for a “CHEESE DOUBLE” and you give me a DOUBLE CHECKER BURGER then clearly the machine does not know the menu nor does it know the differences within the food items which means it is useless, good for nothing, and not even worth assembling it to take customer orders. All this for what????? This is a terrible place and its owners are by far the worst and most miserable cheapest people I have seen so far. NO MORE CHECKERS NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Last time I went to this checkers it was over 6 months ago and they did not have any mayo. I went yesterday, i asked for mayo and once again they did NOT have any mayo. The older lady at the window seemed like she didnt want to work, she had zero customer service and we asked her for a cup of water and ice TWICE and she did not give it to us. never going there again!

Ordered a few sandwiches, one of which their new special they didn’t have, so I was offered a replacement which is fine, but then I guess in the replacement they instead didn’t give me another burger which I paid for and ordered. Doesn’t seem like they’re running the store correct to not having food items and then also not fulfilling the order with missing burgers. Best part tried calling and no one answers the phone
