As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Horrible. I ordered food here tonight and it was cold and fries were soggy after being asked to pull over and wait because they would be fresh. Apple pies were cold and dried out . Bread on fish sandwich was hard and fish was rubbery and don’t get me started on the tenders. Completely unacceptable the only thing I was able to salvage was the cherry coke . I am highly disappointed and unsatisfied. I usually visit this location but this is the third time in a row and I’m not into wasting my money.

I don’t even know how Checkers manages to mess up a three-item order, but somehow they did. The wait time was ridiculous — I sat there for 30 minutes. Way longer than anyone should for FAST FOOD. When I finally got my food, not only was the order wrong, but the workers seemed totally lost and incoherent like they had no idea what was going on. If you can’t handle a simple order, maybe don’t work the window. Their corporate manager has to go something about this because clearly the store manager cannot. Do better, Checkers — this was excessively embarrassing.

Worst service ever, we asked for the offer, one checkersburger, one bacon and cheese, one diet coke and one fruit punch. We got two checkersburger and two fruit punch, the one person that gave us the order just ask about my name and gave us the package and close the windows. This is the second rime they treat us this way and the last time. Really, don’t go to this place.

So I love the idea of this place and I think it could be like a mini In-N-Out but the hamburgers were pretty mid. Also the people running it acted like they didn’t know anything and hated their job… which maybe they did… but you’re not supposed to show it! Solid concept but there need to be improvements to reach full potential. Oh, can’t lie tho, the chili in the chili dog was SO good. Definitely a delicacy. Oh, and they were out of most of their shake flavors like cmon you guys aren’t McDonald’s . I wanted Banana bro not vanilla.

The wait time in the drive through was 25 min, before I could order. I spoke to 3 people over the speaker before I was confident they had my order.
It seems the staff at this time 16:40 on 7/25/25 need retraining. The whole idea of drive through is speed. There was a man begging near the driver’s window. That should not be allowed. Thanks

I went to get the $2 box because I was running late for work. Got the box and a apple pie.. when to work the bite was hard as a rock and my fries was cold.. it does not matter how much people spend. People should get fresh food of they at paying. It was barely any customers. So I not understanding why my food was was cold.my order was simple. They customer service socks.. NEVER GREETED ME JUST TAKE MY ORDER. AND GAVE ME THAT HARD FOOD LIKE THEY RE Dropped them multiple time. it was a short skinny girl with dreads and short dark skin dude in the kitchen. I would give this Checkers NO stars. Pulled up couldn’t even get the order out before the person on the speaker started getting smart because I asked about the GLO da P meal. Made me realize why I stopped coming to this checkers. Smh never again. I nicely left. They will be closed down soon

This place has the best fast food fries hands down no exceptions. Now what happens when you add cheese, ranch, bacon bits to the mix. You have by far one of the most delicious fast food items to ever grace the planet, the Fully Loaded Fries. I personally say go big or go home and get the large portion and pig out. Trust me, I won’t judge. Whenever I want a late night snack and want something that’s open late on my cheat day you can find me at this checkers ordering this item. I might even get the Baconzilla if I’m feeling extra naughty. They just recently added Garlic Parm Fully Loaded and I tried those once they’re pretty good but imo nothing beats the OG!!!!
