As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I went to Checkers with friends and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a food place. The girl at the front took over 5 minutes just to come out from the back and take our order. When we finally got our food, one of the sandwiches had a hair in it .

I went back up to politely ask if they could just replace the bread, and instead of apologizing or fixing the problem, they treated me with complete disrespect. The staff actually said “that happens to everyone”—as if finding a hair in your food is normal! I told them I understood mistakes happen, but I just wanted another piece of bread. Instead of helping, they made me feel like I was the problem.

Between the terrible service, the lack of basic hygiene, and the rude attitude, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers.

This was my only negative experience during my visit to Miami and traveling.

I feel like I may have been overcharged by the staff, particularly a large white gentleman around 30 years old. The sales tax seemed unusually high, possibly over 15%. To make matters worse, he handled various surfaces, including the cashier area and service counter, before touching my food.

Upon reviewing my bill, I suspected an error in my order, resulting in a 15-20% overpayment. Despite requesting an official receipt to clarify the charges, he insisted that the one provided was sufficient, despite lacking a breakdown.

Additionally, the outdoor seating area was unsanitary, with bird droppings on the tables and benches, making it unpleasant to dine there.

Regrettably, I won’t be returning to this establishment and cannot recommend it to others.

My order consisted of:
– Fries Lover Double Cheeseburger combo ($6.99)
– Upsized fries and drink (added without my request, $1.79)
– 2 American Cheeseburgers ($1.79 each)
– 1 apple pie ($1.00)

The total came to $15.38, but the receipt lacked a detailed breakdown, which the staff claimed was unnecessary and refused to provide me an official receipt.

I ate dinner at Checkers in Miami on a Saturday night. The food was not prepared well. The burgers had a strange taste and were pretty pink for a fast food burger. I could tell they were rushing to get my order out. The loaded fries were fine, but it’s important to note that it wasn’t good quality bacon. The mozzarella sticks were average. We waited at the ordering speaker for a couple minutes before anybody would take our order. It wasn’t busy, just me and one other car in line.

Last night I went to go get something sweet to eat in a long time with that I bought a you know a few burgers and some fries. So I decided to buy the strawberry cheesecake bites, instead they gave me fried raviolis w meat filling. I kind of live a little far. So I was very very upset. Because I really need to eat something sweet. Then I tried to call the restaurant over there and nobody picked up the phone. Apparently their phone and their store does not work. Which is a big problem. How sad.

It’s sad I ordered online. Then show up like always too the online window 3 works none came too ask me my online ordered name or my name after 15 minutes the guy comes too tell me a ordered was not mine…. too say ohhh okay still not ask my name walks away… then after other 20 mins sitting waiting there my food was ready all this time… for there manger come too tell me too speak Spanish….. like wtfff lady learn English……… have my ordered ready just have me sitting at the window too give it too me cold..

Worst service ever. Stopped in at lunch and waited over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. We were the only people in line and one gentleman waiting for his order said he had been there over 30 minutes. Also, other people who had just went through the drive-thru, walked up to complain that their orders were wrong. We chose to go across the street to lemon peppers.
