As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I had a really good experience at Checkers Drive‑In one day after school. The workers were friendly and helped us order quickly. My food came out hot and fresh, and the fries were really crispy and tasty. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast, which made the visit enjoyable. Be certain to ask the human at the window where you pay to read back the order so you get all of your food. The automatic system doesn’t read it back. Then you need to pull around and wait while they correct your order.

They literally don’t acknowledge anyone at the pick up window. They just leave people there waiting & attend the drive thru. I ordered pick up so when I got there it said my order was ready and it was not ready. I had to wait a whole another 30 minutes to get my order. Then my order was incomplete.They are definitely UNDERSTAFFED. The female employee just looked at the guy working the whole time and went to the restroom like 4 times while I waited for my food. The gentleman is definitely running the whole shift alone with no help from the girl. Definitely felt bad for being upset when it was just him doing all the work. He deserves a raise. My apologies.

The young Hispanic girl in the front working drive thru seemed very shady when I came to the walk up. I ordered some fries. Then I asked for sauce and she said it was 96 cents. Usually when I go there its no fee. I felt like she was being extra and rude. So I’m not sure if she hates her job or what. But not cool.
