As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

horrible wait time. They even make you go and then spin back. Mind you this us “fast” food there was no long like we were second when we got there and waited long enough. We get out food i bite my sandwich and it’s super mushy feeling. I look into it and it was raw. Incredibly unbelievable especially with the wait time we waited. No lie i had to get down and let them know it was uncooked and i ate it that way. The nice gentleman so sweet i hope the review doesn’t affect his sweetness, he said he would make me a new one and did even gave me extra fries. I wanted to just leave but my husband said wait and see . I couldn’t even eat the new sandwich my stomach feels terrible i literally can’t

They have the air temperature way too cold it was very uncomfortable! So I won’t complain about that and there was plenty of seating! However the seats were very uncomfortable even though the leather they were not good on your back! The surround sound was great! And not too loud! Which is definitely a good thing! $5 for a small soda was ridiculous though!

Last Monday, we stopped by here to grab a quick meal on our way home.
We ordered the Buford burger combo with fries and Sprite. The burger is so messy that I couldn’t take a picture of it because my fingers were now sticky. It was good but 3 bites and I was full. Same with the fries and drink. My daughter had the same order. I couldn’t check in either with the mess. The Buford is huge! It does taste good, though.
There is outdoor seating picnic table style. Lots of parking space also. Service or the order taking is done thru an automated voice. “She: is very sharp at her “job”.

Nothing worse than spending 30 bucks on a horrible burger. You’re better off going to a sit down restaurant. It’ll be less expensive and you’ll get a better quality meal. Fast food places are just not the way to go these days.

Love the new wings special, should be that way for a couple of months. On another note if you order all flats it’s not a problem but if you order all drums, good luck, each checkers got their own rule apparently or the employee is making it up as they go along

We ordered online. They have 1 side for pickup, 4 cars ahead. Everyone waited. 20 mins before I got to window. Food was wrong and cold. Manager was talking on phone with ear piece on personal call. WE’RE NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT STORE!!!!!

The worst Checkers I’ve ever been to, almost single handedly made me consider never getting from the chain again. Five people inside with two of them cussing each other while people waiting for their order. I waited over 40 minutes and got three things out of a 6 item order correct.
They’re just dropping things into bags at random. I was told the thing holding up my order was the wings, but I saw them make the loaded fry 3 minutes before they handed the order off. I didn’t even bother going back to get it fixed, probably would have been an hour wait in total. If you value your time, never come to this Checkers.

Checkers is surprisingly good when it’s fresh! The food was hot and clearly cooked to order. My burger was good, the fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned, and the whole meal was a satisfying treat. Friendly service, too! Definitely worth the short wait for food hot fast food.
