As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They have messed up so many of my orders, and the worse is when i no longer can eat pork for religious reasons, three times they have given me bacon on my big Buford without me asking, especially very late at night. Two times this was at 3am and i couldn’t get back in time and they closed so i lost money. I don’t know if it’s during closing and they are trying to get rid of the bacon or they think they are hooking it up but they pretty much are stealing from me since i can’t eat it and end up having just fries for my dinner. I will say there milkshakes were pretty good but beyond that i can’t really recommend.

I placed a order on the checkers app for 1 spicy sandwich. I went through drive-thru due to not being to get out my car. They gave me such a hard time, I was there for 30min+. They called the police & waited till they arrived to give me literally 1 sandwich.

I do Ubereats, actually it’s always a problem, they don’t have love for their work, they wanted to make me cancel the order that supposedly didn’t show up but later they told me they were going to do it, they lie to you, they don’t care for a moment about your time. The only reason we went here is to use a Tmobile Tuesday coupon, which they did not want to honor, they said they couldnt for some reason. The guy was nice about it at least. The food was meh.

Food usually good, but service can be a hit or miss. New automative system has been working good for the most part. Funnel cake fries were good when they are fresh but don’t expect them to be good if you got to reheat them. You better off tossing them out.
