As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Checkers is always a solid choice when you’re craving something quick, tasty, and satisfying. The food is hot, fresh, and full of flavor, especially their seasoned fries, which are easily the best part. The menu has plenty of options, so there’s something for everyone, and the service is fast and friendly. Everyone that works there is always going out of their way for their customers. Amazing employment. I want to thank the amazing team and management there. Overall, it’s a great spot for an easy, affordable meal that never disappoints.

Unfortunately I’m sitting in drive thru RIGHT NOW. I placed an order earlier the girl at the window forgot my drinks. To get to work and I have a complete different order ….. Upon arriving bk I asked to redo my order she said NO . I asked for a refund she said no AFTER 15 MINUTES THEY TOOK THE OLD BAG TOOK MY RECEIPT AND STATED NOTHING CAN BE DONE. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I HAVE VIDEOS OF THEM PLAYING IN THE TRASH I HAVE VIDEOS OF THEM CURSING AND BEING DISRESPECTFUL. AT ALL THATS NOT HOW IT WORKS

The worse experience of my life!!! Whoever is the franchise owner of this location needs to deeply look into their night staff. They have no type of customer service skills what so ever. And they don’t utilize their separate drive through properly and ignore their customers on the drive through line. Also the Spanish boy who worked the during 11pm in 10/18/25, shift has no manners and is extremely rude. I will never order from here again.

I had a great experience at Checkers! The team members were super friendly, fast, and professional. From the moment I pulled up, they greeted me with a smile and made sure my order was exactly right. You can tell they care about giving great customer service.
As for the food—absolutely delicious! The fries were hot and crispy, the burger was juicy and perfectly made, and everything came out fresh. You really can’t beat the flavor Checkers delivers.

Checkers never disappoints! The drive-thru was fast, my order was accurate, and the food was amazing. Their seasoned fries are the best anywhere, and the milkshakes hit the spot. Great value for the price and always a satisfying meal.The team worked very fast and made my food excellent!!

I don’t ever do this because I feel like every body has a bad day. But the fact that I’m reading other reviews and they’ve had the same issue I have; this means they just don’t care about their customers. My fiancé order food from this location for him and his little brother. Instead of having chicken tenders, they ended up having raw chicken breast. I’ve never seen something like this. Thankfully my fiancé notice in time and his little brother only took one bite. Thankfully as of right now their stomachs are okay it was earlier tonight. I believe in this location management needs to be more careful and make sure the workers are aware of temperatures when cooking things.
