I placed an order on the app for 2 burgers, a large fry, and the fried cheesecake bites.
When I got to the store and picked up my order, I noticed it wasn’t complete immediately. I was missing my cheesecake bites.The woman who handed it to me did not tell me why my was not complete when she handed it to me nor that it was incomplete.
I parked and went up to the walk-up window. The young man there did inform me why my bites were missing (out of stock) and got me a substitute dessert.
However when I got home to try my food, the order was completely wrong. I got a chicken sandwich and a different burger. The ticket on my bag had my order but the contents were not correct.

Wow! Ordered food around 7:48pm on 12/20 and whoever is working the drive through (a lady and a man) needs some recognition for being so LOVELY! Honestly so polite and cheerful. They said “Absolutely you can” “Happy Holidays” and the food came out in two minutes!!! Didn’t catch their names but they were amazing

They use to be really good when they first opened, but now it’s all downhill. First of all they got rid of my wife’s favorite items on the menu. The Cheese Champ has been there forever. How dare they get rid of it! Then when my wife was ordering a replacement and asked for mayo on her cheeseburger, the cashier got an attitude about it. Saying it comes only one way. They are not pre-made. You can take away and add stuff. It’s not that difficult. The funnel fries were soggy and hardly had any sugar on them. The burgers were dinky. No more Checkers for us. We go to Culvers instead.

Don’t but the brisket basket in a large and when I tell you the “brisket” that was placed on top of the fries was literally 1 1/2 tablespoon of meat literally! I ask to see what the porition servings are for this item and was shown an ice cream scooper and told it was supposed to be 3 of those scoops! What I got was 1 scoop…Manager didn’t even come out to try and explain… the employee at the drive through basically said let them know about the issue…

Avoid this place at all cost. I ordered a number 1 combo. They got it wrong the first time. Then my burger had one way way over cooked patty and the other was raw in the middle. When I asked the girl at the window to fix it she sucked her teeth and walked away. They somebody, I’m guessing was a manager walked up opened the window and said what’s your problem. I’ve never been so insulted. I will never go back.

The cashier’s attitude seemed to indicate she didn’t want to help me, because when I asked her about a menu item, she gave me a dirty look and made a face as if she didn’t like me. I didn’t disrespect her at all; I only asked a question, and her attitude was awful. I don’t know if it’s because she heard me speaking Spanish with my husband or if she’s like that with all customers. Employees like that shouldn’t work in this type of business.
We ordered three combo meals, and all the hamburgers they served were plain, when they’re supposed to have at least pickles and onions.
The fries were horribly salty and greasy. I don’t know if they did it on purpose, but I will NEVER buy from there again.

The worst service! Ordered online and received a text that my food was done. I pulled up to their online order window and for 20 minutes didn’t even get an acknowledgment from the staff of four that were inside. They were assisting a couple of customers at the walkup window and that’s it. After 20 minutes i got out of my car, went to the walk up window and told asked why they wouldn’t even go to the window. The guy looked at me like I just came out of a UFO. Gave him my name and the order was underneath a counter just sitting there getting cold. I took my food and noticed I did not get a straw for my drink. I went back to the window and the girl said nothing to me, no eye contact, nothing. The rudest person I have ever encountered. Worst part of it all, once I got home, two of the four sandwiches we had ordered were wrong. Go here at your own risk.

Terrible experience. The service was very poor and the food was served cold. I ordered one item at the drive-thru, but when I got to the window I was given something completely different. When I pointed it out, the employee was extremely rude instead of fixing the mistake. Overall, very disappointing food and service.
