As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Good food! Difficult location because of the International Drive craziness, but order was hot and quick! Pretzel burger was ok but the bun did not taste like pretzel or salt. Biggest checkers in the world! Inside seating was nice!

The building is past its prime days, but the food still comes out hot and fresh. Service is quick and friendly. Menu is good value. Good for a quick bite.

The best chips I’ve ever had from a fast food restaurant, so much better than McD and BK, both 3 minutes from Checkers. The burger was also really delicious. Friendly and fast service, what more can you ask for. We will be back before leaving Orlando.

Smelled like BO when I entered the restaurant, ordered a online mobile order and took ages to get. Hire better cooks in the back for faster service. Febreeze the place while your at it!

This was my FIRST & LAST time eating at a Checkers! I had just flew into town had not eaten all day and the AI order taking system was NOT understanding my order. Next I was waved to the window and gave my order verbally to the young man at the window. He too appeared to not understand that ALL I wanted was the Baconzilla and a plain patty for my Service Animal (small chihuahua). He directed us to go to the other side and wait for the order.
While waiting a female came out the side door and took 3 large draws off of a vape pen and went back inside.
I actually left there with 3 burgers… two plain burgers with ONLY bread & 2 patties on them, 2 orders of stale greasy fries & one single patty burger for over $16!!!!
When I called back to express my displeasure with the order no one answered the phone.
This was a very sad way to start off my vacation here in Florida!

Went and ordered and when my food was ready they handed my food to a different customer which then touched the food inside the bag and when I asked for it to be remade the manager said the other customer only touched the outside of the bag. I explained the problem and the manager was still stuck on the customer touching the bag. I asked for a refund after they went to the back talking about the whole thing loudly like nobody can hear them. They are also serving soda out of 2 liter bottles without informing the customers.

Loved the food. The girl behind the counter however was INCREDIBLY rude. Heard the British accent and smirked at her friend. She got visibly annoyed when we asked what milkshake flavours there were. Mumbled “nice tip” with an eye roll – why would we leave a good tip for terrible service? Can’t fault the food though, what you’d expect from a diner and big portions.

Fast food experience. Drove through late at night. Service was good enough and food was correct. Nothing to complain about but nothing mind blowing either.
Update: Upon reflection, I’ve updated to 4-stars. Given the order was right and food seemed hot and fresh – I think 4 is more than fair. Given this was one of two drive-thru orders on our trip to Orlando that was actually correct – it was thrilling to not have something missing.
