As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Got the new Glorilla burger Not that good don’t even look like picture and fries were soggy. But the sweet tea was great. Here’s a picture of what it’s supposed to look like and what I got.

Chain eatery serving fast-food classics like burgers, hot dogs, french fries and shakes. I especially love their ‘Big Buford’ it’s made with two large hand-seasoned, 100% beef hamburger patties, topped with two slices of melted American cheese, iceberg lettuce, tomato, red onion, dill pickles, ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise all on a toasted bakery-style bun. The fries and chicken nuggets have awesome seasoning while the staff seems fairly confused while coordinating the orders in sequence. We will try them again.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with the manager on 11/4/2024 around 7:30pm, we placed a mobile order for a 10 pc wings, they gave us a 5 piece so I called, the manager seemed to be in a bad mood and said there is nothing she could do and I need to report it through the app and then insinuated I may have tampered with the food then hung up on me while i was talking. so I turned around and went back to the store, I showed the manager there was no way a 10 pc was in the box the foil above the 5 pc was clean and the whole foil would have sauce on it if it were a 10 pc and she agreed but still insisted there is nothing she can do with an attitude she said they cant give away food and said they have nothing to do with the app and don’t even know how to use it and could not show me a way to process a refund. so I left the food with the manager and took a $10 loss, this checkers just lost a family of customers who have been going there for over 15 years. I hope the GM does something about that manager they will lose a lot of business with her attitude.

My husband & I went there about 2:30 today so this female worker was outside and my husband ask her ru open? She didn’t say anything just stared at him.
So we went in went to the counter this same female didn’t speak or said welcome or nothing so we ordered the meal 2 for 7
They got that wrong!!! The whole experience was Terrible we will never go to that Checkers again!!!

Somebody PLEASE BLOCK THIS DRIVE THRU if you are closed. I already left your place because of bad upkeep. And now since you closed, it’s disruptive to my job at Jimmy John’s because I can hear people honking in YOUR DT and it’s loud enough I can’t hear anything from the jj SPEAKER

The AI ordering has actually improved the service here. Food is always great. I order a “no bum” burger for less carbs and they got 100% of my order correct.

Did a late night drive-thru trip. The lady at the front window was super nice and my food was really good. Fries were hot and crispy. Tried the new Philly cheeseburger. Was so good I wish I had more. Will definitely be back.

We always eat here cause it is convenient but this time I was very disappointed the worker who was taking orders over the intercom was very rude. Then they handed us our bag of food and then proceeded to ask for it back. We gave it back thinking they were checking to make sure everything was there then what we ordered she said we didn’t order when it was clearly on the receipt. Then we get home and we didn’t even get the right food in our bag. We paid $20 for two sandwiches and a xl fry then we also had ice cream. We got chicken poppers with fries and a large fry. We tried to call and no one will answer! I don’t know what happened to the place it is usually great but this time it was just not! I hope they figure out something! I don’t mind paying the money but at least they could fix our mistaken food!

I love a good Checkers, when I walked in the counter lady greeted me. Yes this Checkers does have an indoor dining room. I ordered the #1 with Coke. I don’t drink a lot of soda maybe because it is often watered down and does not taste right. The coke was not too sweet but just right and not watered down. The fries were hot and tasty. You could tell the oil was not old. The Big Buford sandwich was fresh and well made. The tomato was firm and red and the lettuce was crisp green. I was very pleased with this location. The dining room was clean. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. It was locked when I arrive but it was quickly unlocked.
