As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

What a horrible experience. Typically, the automated machine takes your order. They was a young lady, with a pony tail, and bad teeth that took my order. She said it was cash only. Which was fine. When I get to the window, my total is $2 dollars higher than what it was supposed to be, so after being cashed out, I asked for my receipt. I notice that she upsized all my drinks, but kept them small. Left one of my meals off, that I had to order at the window, the gentleman didn’t upsize my drink. He asked me to pull up, which I did that’s when I noticed she did that. So, I went to the window, and asked her why was I charged for something and didn’t receive it number one, and then up charged without my permission! She acted like someone else did it, when I know for a fact it was her because she called me baby at the speaker as well. She then forgot one of my meals and I had to wait a little longer for it. Then , I get in the car to hand my children their food, I notice the fires barely have anything in them, so I had to take my children out of the car, and go back to the window. (THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. ) (I wasted $20 because it ended up going in the trash. )There’s no way this was a mistake, I’m pretty sure she’s stealing money and when I call the store no one answers. But, I will find a way to contact the corporate office because that was terrible! The picture below is from 3 meals.

Took longer for a mobile order than the regular line. When I got it the fries were literally soggy. Worst, inedible fries I have ever had in my life.

I had a very disappointing experience. I walked inside and stood at the front to place my order, but as soon as a car pulled up to the drive-thru, the employee left me there and started helping the drive-thru customers as if I wasn’t even there.
Since no one came back to assist me, I went to the drive-thru window to place my order. After ordering, I was told to wait at the pickup window. I ended up waiting there for 30 minutes — I’m actually writing this review while still waiting.
The service was extremely slow and unorganized. Customers inside should not be ignored in favor of the drive-thru. Very frustrating experience.

This place is kinda grimey and if it wasn’t for the great prices or those fries, I probably wouldn’t go here. Be prepared to have the drive thru window slammed closed on you; it’ll happen. Haven’t encountered a person who works that seems happy to be there, maybe that why the menu is automated. Hey, at least the food is good.

When you get there you have to speak to an IA, you do not speak to a live person through the drive-thru I ordered the chili dogs it looks nothing like the menu the hot dogs were very skinny and small the buns literally drowned a little hot dogs. It was not hot and it was just a mess. I would not be coming back there.

Food was good. Drive thru attendant was rude. He wore a white covid mask no napkins no straw, i had to slide the window open and get the attention of another person who was very nice. Pulled around and the drive thru attendant was in such a hurry he had to slap my drink and bag in my face so fast just to get back outside wearing a mask all by himself puffing a vape and on his phone. rude and his screws are missing for sure.

I came in the drive-through for the coupon but they told me it wasn’t a coupon. I had to scan it and it will send me an email so that’s OK and order something she knew I needed a receipt because when I went to scan the QR code it wants a picture of the receipt And a time and the place of the store and that’s how you get A free sandwich with any purchase of a large drink I’m so irritated that she Did that

Never in my life would I have thought it could take an hour to get fast food at a dive thru. The system they are running is crazy, order on one side, drive back around to get your order on the other, no signs up to know what’s expected. I feel bad for the workers too, they close at 3am yet I doubt their shifts end until after 5!
The food was good, thankfully. I haven’t had checkers in 30 years and I don’t plan to go back.

Went to checkers rally NW. 13th St. beside McDonald’s Gainesville, Florida. I ordered four hot apple pies. I specifically asked to have them made fresh. She said she had some already made depending on how hot I wanted them. I told her I wanted them hot out of the grease a young pregnant woman let me wait after waiting. She said sorry for the wait. Handed me a bag with four barely warm apple pies. I don’t know what makes me more angry getting home and find out that the apple pies were barely warm or that she lied to me and let me wait. Poor service second rate Food not my usual experience but very angry unfortunately she asked me if I wanted a receipt for the four apple pies why would I she was going to make them fresh so I told her no now I have four crappy apple pie pies and no recourse will think twice before I use them again.

This was our first visit and will definitely be our last! Having never eaten at a Checker’s before we decided to give it a try. BIG MISTAKE!

We went through the drive through and were greeted by a computer not a person. The order seemed to go smoothly. We got up to the window and the male employee was less than happy to be there. He took our card and then told us to pull around to the other window. Why? There was no one else there at 6pm. We did another loop and went to the second window which serviced the passenger side. We waited a good time and the same guy opened the window shoved the bag of food into my wife’s face and then shut the window and walked away.

The food itself was disgusting and ended up in the trash. I ordered the burger and fries and my wife had chicken tenders. The burger is definitely not 100% beef and was the worst burger I’ve ever had, the taste alone was enough to vomit let alone the stale bun. My wife said the best thing about the chicken was the ranch dip. The fries which are apparently famous seemed undercooked and made in dirty grease, they weren’t even worth eating or the chance of coronary.

I have no idea how this place is still in business, let alone not shut down by the health department.

Eat at your own risk or just go to Wendy’s across the street.
